Circumstances:
Was taking a routine patrol when I stumbled across a ragtag band of pirates. Your gunboat, the Essen, showed at just the right time, and together we tore them apart. When the Hessians eventually sent a battleship against us, we tore that apart as well.
It seems my scanning array failed to record one of the bombers I downed. I'll leave it to you whether you pay for it or not.
Send my regards to the captain of the Essen.

I'm currently registered on the Rheinland Military bounty board, so I'm a common sight in these parts of Sirius.
