"Comrades, today the pilot of Eagle-1, one of our scout vessels encountered something in Omega-3. An unstable Jump-hole that led to a whole new system that seems mostly if not entirely comprised of a massive Asteroid Field. The Field itself however contains something that our scanners have never encountered before. A substance that we have heard is called 'Narcrahite' which even now puzzle our experts. It appears to be a form of crystal that has shown to be highly fragile when mined with conventional lasers. Thankfully we were still able to acquire several samples which have been stored onboard TOR-ONE for detailed analysis. While by itself it's apparently rapidly gaining monetary value we must also examine the possible for use in the field of focusing crystals for advanced weapon systems and perhaps even data storage if it can be refined.
For now all research into Narcrahite is considered Black Level Access due to it's seemingly artificial nature which may tie into the Machine Cultists we have encountered lately. For all we know this is the basis of their weapons technology. Something we must exploit in order to gain an edge over our adversaries."

"Today in the Omega-49 Protectorate a suspicious Samura vessel was encountered heading towards the Cayman Jump Hole. When halted and questioned he claimed he was onroute to Malta, a hostile nation to the People's Republic, yet his course would have taken him to Crete instead. His cargo hold was full of valuable material cargo which may have been of benefit to the Corsair Empire which leads me to suspect that he was in fact onroute to the Crete to deliver his goods and support the enemy economy.
This information should be passed along to the Blood Dragons as well. Long live the Republic!"

This is a report on my last activities:
I and two other comrades went on mission assignments to reduce Corsair presence in the Omega-49 Protectorate.
The assignments were a success, and during one of those, I found something.

My scanners revealed it is a Corsair base, named 'Academia del Perdido'.
I couldn't get nearer, as it is protected by two heavy platforms that fired upon me; they are equipped with anti-capital weaponry, so I should advise all snub pilots to take cautions.
I also advise to get rid of that base in our Protectorate quickly, as it is a very dangerous presence.

This is sensitive, so I will keep it short.
This morning one of our reconnaissance pilots discovered odd fleet movements from Battlegroup Auxesia in Inverness, and determined that an Order vessel of some description has been disabled. I had planned to take the Lithuania as a sufficiently strong presence ( in the event we encountered hostilities against ourselves) and attempt to verify all this in certainty. However the Auxesia presence in the system is quite overwhelming as of this time and snooping further has only resulted in dead ends. We have returned to Zvezdny Gorodok and await debriefing.
I recommend Coalition Command and the Ministry of Truth keep their eyes on this series of events.

Comrade Senior Officer be hailed! This is to report the successful performance of the task given earlier today. The crew of 7 Coalition pilots has been immediately assembled and deployed to Omicron Alpha system on a "Storm"-class vessel. Our itinerary started from Zvezdny Gorodok and continued through Corsair space to Omicron Alpha. Without drawing unnecessary attention, our crew made it safe to Omicron Alpha and recovered the log and added the names of the crew in question to it.

The crew is pending High Command's review of the mission.
Addendum: During the mission our crew also managed to recover a unique gun of superior design from a derelict spacecraft. Apart from its codename "AHRIMAN" our technology advisor discovered nothing about it. The gun is ready to be returned to Mykolaiv Research Station for deconstruction and can be installed on our spacecraft.

UPDATE ON THE GIVEN TASK

According to updated mission task I personally made my way to the Omicron Alpha on "Insurgent"-class vessel and updated the Coalition log hidden within the Hispania wreckage. Awaiting further orders.

I made my 'pilgrimage' of sorts without much of trouble in the way of enemy resistance, of course evading Maltesian defence forces within the heart of their territory proved slightly more challenging than I originally anticipated. I took it upon myself to persist because I'd come so far and this allowed me to succeed in making it to the wreckage and then within it.
I knew I'd succeeded in the first step, which was the fact that I made it to my destination and could see the wreckage in plain view. After working my way through the defensive blockade, I entered the wreckage and went as per my directions, first searching for the device and entering my name into it from within, along with a verification as proof that I'd gone to the right wreckage.
That thereby accomplishes everything I was ordered to do, I'm eager to do more as the need arises. Anything to prove an old boss wrong.

I had some free time on my hands while waiting for further orders and decided to take a little initiative, answering a call for assistance by our Hessian allies in Omega-3. It was a fairly mixed conflict, with battleships, gunboats and fighters on the side of the enemy and destroyers, cruisers and fighters on the allied side of the fight.
If you're wondering how many casualties we took, then you can be proud of the fact that we only lost one fighter to battleship point defence, not to mention how badly ion storms were plaguing him at the time. The battleships going down one after the other once their strike escorts were terminated was truly a sight to behold.
The enemy will think twice about standing in the way of our advance now. No vessel no matter how big can stop the will of the people and the force of those that fight for them.
