To say we're in negotiations is... artistic license on their behalf, I would say. They've contacted us with a proposition, yes. That's not to say we'll be dealing with them though. Their reputation is rather too sordid by far. Well, at least, we wouldn't consider it based on their current offer, which to be frank, isn't particularly good. Rest assured, your report has been noted.

A shame about Keevan. Truly sad. A big loss. I shall attend the service.

About those Rumpled Renegades or whatever, they're scum. ordinary pirates and lowlifes. If Bowex is to do business with them I shall personally slap each and every member of the board. And then set fire to the corporate HQ.

Plus, I suspect these blokes are Zoners in disguise, out to ruin our reputation!

*Bellock jumps up and down*

Let me take the Sassoon and Ill sort the lot of them out!

Its a shame to hear about Lord Keevan, altough 94?... I bet the old man had a good life. The crew of the Woodford will try to reach Lancaster in time for the memorial. I suggest a toast tho the lord when we all meet.

Mart.. You and your zoner obsession.... Not everyone is a zoner you know *looks around and moves closer to the camera while smiling* When this obsession continu' s you start believing that the HQ of Bowex is consisting out of zoners aswell. *sigh* Sometimes i wonder iff we are a trading cooporation or a private army.

Sleep well my dear.

Mart, what the hell do you think you were doing, interfering with the ALG contract?! You'd best lie low for a day or two. Cromwell is furious. He looks fit to put that iron fist of his straight through your face if he sees you. Seriously. Go hide at Port Jackson for a little while. Go visit the Empress' Legs or something. Don't use any credit cards. I didn't tell you this, either.

My Honorable gentlemen and ladies of the board,

The last time I saw you, was in the boardroom on Lancaster. I was in better health then and we were all a fair bit younger. I felt livelier then ever when those noodlemunchers invaded our trusted home system and occupied our base.
However, the situation has taken its toll and definatly not in a good way, as you all know I suffered from a severe heart attack. However, the doctors told me I was stubborn enough not to die. Recurrupation was slow though and I’ve annoyed the nurses more than ever. Their uniforms are far too skimpy! Back in the day when I was young, they dressed far more smartly then they do now!
Let me get to the point, I feel it is my duty to serve the queen once more. The Bretonian Armed forces do not accept pilots older than 65 amongst their ranks and therefore I was hoping that you, the pride and glory of Bretonia, will take me back. I know that the younger generation has taken my place ages ago as director of Security and that much has changed. However I feel that my expertise can support the company and the country.

I request that you take me back into the company and return me to flying duty, I’ve been proven medically cleared, be it with a weak heart.
The Kusarians have felt our anger, they shall feel our wrath, we will take back our home base, one way or the other.

For the better of Bretonia, for Queen and Country!
Humbly yours,
Captain (retired) Richard Farbridge

RE: Reinstatement of duties.
Ah, it is good to hear of your recovery, Mr Farbridge. The Board was most concerned by the deterioration of your health, and has waited with baited breath to learn of your recovery. After your retirement, I myself greatly missed your input during Board meetings. It is of the unanimous agreement of the Board that you be reinstated poste-haste.

We will be appointing you to the rank of Department Manager (ExSec). This means you will be co-running the ExSec department with Andrew Peterson, your co-worker and fellow ExSec Manager. He is young and new to the role. He could probably use your experience and advice.

The Board will wish to see you as soon as is practical for the purpose of briefing you on the current security climate, and updating your security permissions. We all serve in one way or another. Our burden is that of leadership.
For Queen and country, indeed.
-Cromwell.

RE: Reinstatement of duties.

My my Sir Cromwell,

You are still as fast as you where! I Believe that mr Peterson and I have worked together back in the day. We'll get along no doubt.

Back to the practical side. Where can I put my things and when is the next board meeting?

For Queen and country.

Evening,

The Orange is safe and sound on leeds. The ships Neural Net Account has increased with 10 million credits in one shift, no significant problems. Several Omega Hobo's tried to shoot my ship, they met the output of my turrets and won't be causing any trouble soon.

Time for a scotch!
