Now I know your gonna be mad, but I might have had a minor incident and lost some Orbital....employees, and when I say Orbital employees, I mean more like temp hires, and when I say temp hires, I mean, well uh. Point being we don't exactly need to hire more staff but I might not be welcome at Newport for a bit.

Oh they also drained my mini-bar both figurately and literally, don't worry though I found out that Orbitals expense account can be accessed here so sobriety isn't going to be a worry.

Greetings friends,

Breezewood had a bit of a mishap yesterday and I wanted to set the record straight and allay any fears: we're fine, and so are our passengers thanks to the quick thinking of the crew. We were in New Tokyo orbit shooting the breeze with Captain Leon of the bustard NX-01 (nee SR-45). Some other vessel came out of the trade lane like a bat out of hell and the resulting impact with our shields shoved Breezewood into the atmosphere of New Tokyo itself! I don't have to tell you that an Enterprise class liner is NOT designed for atmospheric flight and we were already passed our redlines. The bridge officer immediately signalled to dump all cargo and jettison life pods, which got all of our passengers clear of the ship and reduced our mass enough to "skip" off the atmosphere instead of end up burning inside it. Captain Leon was most instrumental in babysitting the jettisoned goods and passengers while Breezewood got herself back into orbit and got everyone and everything back on board.

So our paint is a little scarred and I doubt any of the spaced alcohol is still drinkable, but aside from that we're fine. We will have to put in for some new life pods before shoving off again since they're one time use, but thankfully no one was hurt. We can always get more credits and pods, after all.

Good evening, colleagues,


Today I was delivering some cases of that new Porto wine from New Paris to New Berlin. Nothing special actually, usually I won't spam the internal communication channel for those kind of news.

Anyway, when I reached the Oerlikon Observatory in Zurich I came across the NX-01, the same Bustard Carrier mr Seabourne met in New Tokyo orbit. Mr Leon (I wasn't able to get his surname) offered offered to accompany me in an attempt to breach the naval blockade of the Cologne system (I know that we should avoid at all cost the Gallia-Rheinland corridor but hey, we save almost two days of navigation!)

Anyway, the guy escorted and helped us with his Bustard's long range scanners and AEW&CS. Both of us were on unarmed vessels, still his ship gave us precious time and informations about the Hessian patrols nearby.
Reaching New Berlin orbit we spent some pleasant minutes drinking Rheinbier and chatting: he seemed interested in some kind of freelancer activities with Orbital, something like guided tours and/or escort through unsafe space.

I told him to reach one of you directors/subdirectors (damn, there's too many of you guys, I missed the old times with Seabourne working overtime managing everything!) in order to get some informations and maybe manage a meeting. In my humble opinion, he seems a good guy to me, but those are just my two cents on the matter.

A very good day Friends.

My Name is Cathy Brown, you maybe don't know me as my Area of Work is Mostly around our New Liner Maldives. I am the one that Supplies Capitan Millionaire with all the nice Things our Guests Want to Have. Today I wanted to Start another Supply Flight as I was Greeted by some Guys from the Coalition that had a Problem with my Ship. They didn't seem to Like my "Shire" Transport even when her Capitan is a Proud Irish Girl and not a Brety. But they had a Problem with the Origin of my Blarney Rose, the Advised me to Organize a new Ship. And as I don't want to Cause Trouble in the Neighborhood and after a nice Check from Director Cross, I Searched on the Shipmarket for a Replacement. I Found a Ship that I liked Pretty Fast and the Showers Work too. I Bought a T-482-T "Kujira" Kusari Tanker. It's a nice Ship and her Cargo Capacity is even Bigger than the one of the old Blarney Roses, it has hurt a bit to Give away my old Lady but I think over time I will love the new one the same as the old.

The Cargobays of the Kujira is almost 500 Units Bigger than the ones of my Old Shire, which means I can Transport more and have to fly less. But there is also a Downside at this ship, it haves no Defensive Guns. therefore I have to keep some "Tax" Money on Board for the Occasional Pirate, or angry Zoner. on my way back I took a load of Robots for the Liner with me, but apart from some GC- that have Fought with a Hogosha was my way back to the Liner Maldives pretty Boring. well then now I will go back to Work. oh, and before I Forget it, Capitan Franklin the Drinks are on me when you Visit the Maldives the next time.

Greetings friends,

I found myself shooting the breeze with OS&C|Larry's Mini-Bar in Manhattan orbit when we were approached by a most unusual craft: a small miner with a police transponder and the callsign Insp.Natas. The pilot seemed to insinuate that since Breezewood stocked such exotic wares, we might be interested in picking up some "accidentally" jettisoned cargo they'd come across. Naturally, I am suspicious of such deals in general, doubly so in the orbit of Liberty's capital, but the pilot released 38 units of something called "Shigeakiki" before landing on the planet again. I wired some credits as a goodwill gesture (let it never be said Old Man Seabourne was stingy), but a cursory bit of research told me that it was literally not my cup of tea. Seems the GC are mixing cardamine and chrysanthemum petals into some kind of stimulant, and even if it's not strictly contraband, I can't see my reputation going besmirched for carrying the stuff. Larry cleaned up the litter with his pretty guns and we set off on our merry ways.

Anyone else have contact with the stuff or this pilot?

Night Day Shift Checking In,

I honestly don't even know where to start on this one. So we'll start at the beginning. As many of you are aware The Stagecoach is approaching her 10th month of operation, which means everyone's favorite event is just around the corner. And having just unloaded those devout devotees at Shasta Orbital Skyhook, Captain Bancroft decided to surprise the crew by having us run empty back to Curacao in preparation for said event, lucky us.

As we exited the Baffin jump hole into Tau-29 we were stopped by a UC~Aigle-2, a heavily armed BG75 "Jaguar Noir" Union Corse Bomber. Surprisingly this individual claimed that they wanted to discuss my visiting a resort planet in Gallia, Planet Marseille, in Provence. And you know what, I almost bought it. Then he, hang on let me find the exact wording, he said, and I quote "I don't wish to melt your ship... since I enjoyed the talk with you. Maybe lets say pay me five million sirus credits?"

It is beyond reprehensible to tie an advertisement to a piracy demand. At least we have the common decency to hide our "piracy" fee in a fun little pamphlet with dandy little words like "Drinks Options" and "Water Usage Surcharge". So, I for one won't be making a trip to Gallia any time soon, especially if these is how I should expect the host to treat me planet side.
