Kishiro's ID/IFF:
+0.3 (mutual) with both GMG and IC due to warm relations and a large economical alliance between the 3 corporations. We're not adding positive rephacks for now. No rephack is as far as it can get.
-0.55 (mutual) with Council we don't shoot Council nor do they shoot us as we are a civilian organization, however due to the alliance with Gallia we don't want them sniffing around our bases either. Set to -0.55 both ways.

Kishiro IFF:
-0.55 Bretonian privateers. They used to shםot us quite a lot, and while a peace treaty with Bretonia has been signed we still don't want quasi-pirates that go after a major ally (Gallia) at our bases. Set to -0.55

GMS Faction (yes I know we aren't Official but have been very active for approx 18 months).

Brigands -0.7 as these are counted amongst our enemies in Lore (even though I would enjoy one less group shooting at me) They're already at -0.7 both ways.

IDF +0.7. They are supposed to be our Trading Partners in Lore. We're not adding positive rephacks for now. No rephack is as high as it can get.

EFL +0.7. We have worked hand in hand with EFL for the last 18 months in trade and support. Read above.

Liberty Lawfuls and Corporations from -0.55 to -0.7 (Gallia is in open Conflict with Liberty if not at War (Once again I would love to have less things shooting me, but hey, it's the nature of the beast). Set to -0.7 both ways for Navy and Police. Corps are not supposed to be get out of their way to play out the hostilities between the houses unless an actual war is going on.

The RFP| would like to request some changes to their IFF and ID.

Rephacks on Faction ID:
  • GMG IFF, GMG Guard IFF -0.3 (from -0.55) The relations between RFP and GMG have become somewhat stable and we have helped each other against ocassional enemies in Sigma-13. And although we rarely travel into Sigma-13, it would be nice to have this more stable rephack, if GMG agrees to this. Rephack removed.
  • Interspace Commerce IFF -0.55 (from -0.7): Although we know this is the rare case, a hostile rephack against IC might mean some problems if there will be some RP in another house where IC still have bases (like in New London or New Tokyo). And we doubt that IC would be allowed to fire on RFP ships in another house just like that. A no-dock should solve this for any future RP ideas. Set to -0.55
  • IMG and IMG Guard IFF 0.0 (from no rephack): IMG are competitors to Rheinland's lawful mining factions who are a bit favored by RFP. Still RFP helps out IMG against common pirates when necessary. Set to -0.3



Rephacks on Faction IFF:
  • Ageira ID -0.3 (from -0.55): Right now Rheinland still welcomes Ageira vessels within their space, we do not see a reason why it has been set to no-dock, even though two jumpgates have been disabled by Rheinland. They're mad at you for breaking their toys.
  • Bretonian Privateer ID -0.55 (from -0.7) Unknown stance towards each other, as the privateers operate against Gallia and as long as they do not pirate wtihin Rheinland, we consider them Bretonian civilians. Set to -0.55
  • Omicron Supply Industries ID -0.7: OSI has been caught supplying Red Hessians several times, and after some long rp they were banned from Rheinland. OSI ID is already set hostile to Rheinland lawfuls.
  • Reaver ID -0.3 (from -0.7): The Reaver Mercenaries have been employed by Rheinland for some time now, although RFP still holds some mistrust against them due to former bounties. A -0.3 should reflect this new situation. Set to -0.3
  • IMG ID 0.0 (from no rephack). Although there are no quarrels between RFP and IMG, IMG as a direct competitor to the Rheinland mining factions is not that favored, so a little neutral rephack does not hurt. Set to -0.3
  • Colonial ID to 0.0 (from no rephack): CR have been seen traveling into Rheinland for some time, mostly for trading. Due to their stance against Kusari Republic and Gallia, RFP wants to keep a neutral stance to them for now. Set to -0.3
  • Kusari Exiles ID 0.0 (from no rephack): Similar to CR, Kusari Exiles's relation to the now Kusari Republic make this an uneasy situation a neutral rephack shall reflect this. Unchanged. Neutral rephack is for neutral faction and some other rare cases.
  • GMG ID to 0.0 (from no rephack): Perhaps a little oversight, the 80 year war still affects both parties, so a little neutral rephack for GMG on RFP bases should be fine. They are allowed to travel within Rheinland space and the relation seems to become a little better now. Rephack removed.

Suggestions under Republican Shipping

Gallic Junkers: From -0.3 to -0.55 due to hostile Gallic Junkers inside Rheinland space multiple times. Set to -0.55

Unione Corse: From -0.3 to -0.55 due to uncertainty of the faction within the Taus. Several robberies were commited by them in the past. Set to -0.55

Spa and Cruise: -0.3 to be removed entirerly. No reasoning to be hostile in anyways when they've done nothing wrong. OSC/Rheinland rephacks are already removed.

Otherwise all looks good.

For the BPA now (going to just spam this thread), I guess this applies to the rest of the Bretonia lawfuls if they don't post to confirm. Anything already done is to show our agreement.
The following suggestions both ways:

No Rephack
RFP, RM, MND (+Guards) - no reason for this to be Neutral, if indeed it's more than a false entry. Doesn't seem to have a rephack.

-0.55 No Dock
Hellfire Legion - while they aren't hostile to Bretonia, they really don't like the LN and following them to shoot and possibly dock on our bases should not be possible. Set to -0.55
Outcasts (+Guard) - should already be covered, but they're not illegal in Bretonia so should be able to fly through without too many problems. Already covered.

-0.7 Hostile
Hogosha, FA (+Guards) - criminals in the eyes of Bretonia given their involvement with the KNF during the war and Corsairs to this day, there appears to be some inconsistency with the rephacks that should be fixed. Set to -0.7
Coalition/SCRA - this is listed as No Rephack on our ID, if this is the case then it should be hostile. Set to -0.7
Xenos (+Guard) - they generally stick to Liberty but when they're there, our corps are in their sights, so hostile if they move out here to smuggle Artifacts. Already set to -0.7

-0.9 Full Hostile
Mollys (+Guard) - the worse of our two homegrown criminals, full hostility along with Gallia and the Corsairs gives more of the correct feel here. Kicked down to to -0.9

Requested changes for the Council ID:

Reapers -> No rephack - Pointless. PM me the links if you have any sort of roleplay background with the group. Until then, it remains at the "uncertain" range of -0.3

Requested changes for the Council IFF:

Reapers -> No rephack - Pointless.
Samura -> -0.55 - Would be better if it would be the same as on the ID, additionally they might want to supply Exile forces stationing within Roussillon. Set to -0.55

I would like to ask, if Interspace Commerce could be changed.
From - 0,3 to No Rephack.
It is like impossible to dock on their bases, because of the many hostile npcs around the IC bases. So we could at least dock there for trading Cardamine. Beside that, IC can dock easier on our GC bases, as we can dock on their bases.

Red Hessian Army – Since the RoS is focused against RHA and SCRA mainly I think it’s a good idea to put RHA in “At war“ with RoS. Set to -0.9

Reaver Mercenary Company Rephacks

Outcast rephack removed (previously hostile (-0.7)) - civil war and possible future contract. Moved to -0.3 for now.

Rheinland Lawfuls and Rheinland Corps rephacks removed (previously -0.3 to -0.7)
We've been working for them for ages. Already moved to -0.3 on Rheinland side's request
(See initial contract, Rheinland board and Buro Reaver Contract)

Bounty Hunters Guild rephacked hostile (-0.7) (from no rephack).
We shoot them. A lot. And because of possible conflicts with the following: Set to -0.7

Bounty Hunters Guild Core rephacked neutral (0.0).
We work for them, and repping ships to be able to shoot and claim the regular BHG while being repped neutral to friendly to the Core isn't doable without the above rephack. We ask for the neutral rephack so our reps do not go down when shooting regular BHG ID'd ships. Set to neutral

Colonial Republic rephacked hostile (-0.7) from -0.55.
We shoot them a lot, too. Set to -0.7

IFF: - Kempeitai -0.7 to Neutral.
Kempeitai has been played for a long time as being on both sides of the Imperial/Republic split.
Would be nice to allow them to keep doing that. Rephack removed.
