Hmm the hardest thing that comes to mind is ME3 multiplayer, Platinum Collectors on FBW Hazard. Four Praetorians on the screen at a time and you can't see them until they're within 5 feet of you.

Unfortunately it's all in the hands of one guy.
For all else, you can get the Masterwork Dwarf Fortress pack.
Speaking of dwarf fortress, here's an old foe that they since made less... fun.

However one of my all time worst opponents is always going to be UT2004's Xan Kriegor.

That robot on anything above difficulty 5 is something out of this world at times...
Especially since difficulty in that game affects the AI and not the stats/damages/health, so it's frustrating that he can keep killing you and get off -scot free-

Nomads in Newcastle. I remember seeing them with these massively overpowered weapons that are not obtainable by players, and they were pretty painful. I'm not sure if they're that way here; it was on another server and back in .86.

Cylon NPCS on BSG mod ^^ came in a pack of 10-20 with guns with 800dmg teared apart my Viper in a matter of seconds if i made 1 mistake
