Back in the main thread Pel suggested placing a base in Texas to accommodate cargo piracy within Liberty. My suggested position is C5 if you have any comments please leave them in the main thread so this one is kept to it''s intended purpose. Thanks.

Thank you for your input Magoo.
It seems we have a three-way tie for alternative options, waiting for requests and offering lower prices. I think I may need to run a second round of polling to determine the most popular course of action, however I am personally leaning toward Stoat's idea of offering marked up prices on ores and commodities, reinforced by Ace's sage council.
Meanwhile I'm beginning the task of going through all the legal commodities and setting up prices, fun for me.
I'll leave this to run till Sunday and if there is no clear winner I'll poll a second time with the most voted selections.

Updated the main thread with a possible base position in Ontario.

Update: I've looked through about twenty commodities and found that on most occasions unlawful bases buy at almost equal price to lawful bases so I may leave them as requests only.
Update 2: Added individual House illegal commodity prices.
