Ok what if we add a station in the system that represents each house.
Example Rheinland station will have all its ships and weps for players to see.
Gallic same etc.
Then a station for outlaw factions ships.
^This could work but its also to get more opinions on it

How about a system with JHs to starter systems for each faction. So that starter system will exist out of RP but means the new players can try out different factions. (one way jumpholes of course)

System is there to help new players and spread them.But a JH to each faction is alo of JH...rather main system JH
