I am in favor. And at the very least on NPC's since you can get stuck on one forever over its ability to get back the slightest bit of shield power.

I agree with this. The fact that even a Starflier can survive a Hvy. Mortar hit (as many as it can, actually) with only 0.1% Sentry LF Shield up is ridiculous.
