User Command Wish List - Sand-Viper - 04-12-2009 It'd actually be good to be able to shoot one's NPC's without damaging rep; then I wouldn't have to wander around looking for someone who has been shooting my faction's NPC's for a Xeno pilot (I like to have one pilot in my ship for Role Play reasons..). It could be abused, however.. Here's a command some would find useful.. /giveitem Allows you to transfer an item on one of your characters to another via a command. Parameters: /giveitem <playername> <itemname> Example: /giveitem XA-Pygmy CERBERUS This would allow people like codename salesmen to transfer any codename weapons they collect to the character that does the actual selling; No more placing the risk in giving the weapons to someone else and trusting them to give them all back (Some people are greedy and would steel the weapons themselves without giving back a single one). I would suggest that using such a command would come with a fee; 500,000 credits for each item transferred via this system. I am unsure if this is even possible, but it would be extremely helpful to, I'd say, a lot of people. It could also allow for two people who "trust" each other enough to exchange credits/codenames when both players are far from the other. User Command Wish List - swift - 04-19-2009 /system messages off/on or /sm 0 and /sm 1 I don't know if it's possible, but it sure would be useful, awesome, wanted by many, disliked by none at all, to have the possibility of removing the player logging in/player logging out messages by choice. I find it a huge detriment to keeping up with RP said ingame, and also when posting pictures of RP ingame, instead of it all fitting into one or two images, there's mainly at least 20 images which I have to edit into less, spending an hour on the job. User Command Wish List - reavengitair - 04-19-2009 I am sure this one has been said at least 10 times but - /set newplayermsg off/on (or whatever instead of newplayermsg) And one for departing players. It just gets SO ANNOYING somtimes. User Command Wish List - Panzer - 04-19-2009 Pl0x - for CR ID only. An instant relocation to a typed-in spot in Sirius. Needs 100 units of Deutrium or H-fuel or plutonium or some other kind of fuel (does't matter), recharges half an hour. ighters can't use it at all, gunboats only once, traders pay a biig price for fuel and the recharge time prohibits whoring it for trade. All based upon the game's internal positioning system. X, Y and Z. Mistype, the location and you get pwnt. Either you blow up or end up lightyears away in the middle of nowhere. Like this: /FTL ew_01, 14360, 31, -2581 it drops you at Falkland base in tau 37 User Command Wish List - farmerman - 04-30-2009 I was just thinking, you know what would be neat to have? An affiliated pilot in my hold to represent me, but getting one would be annoying each time. And if they were just for sale, trading would be awkward. What about something like /pilot - generates a pilot equal to your current IFF in your hold, assuming there is space. In addition, it would cost something like x+2000 credits, where x was that pilot's highest sell point (so as not to affect any sort of trading). For instance, say you have an LWB IFF. You put /pilot in, and an LWB Pilot appears in your cargo while deducting 7200 credits from you (LWB pilots sell for 5200 at the highest it looks like). Though it would then cost 27000 for a Corsair pilot, 24000 for a BHG, or 30800 for Outcast. User Command Wish List - farmerman - 05-13-2009 Ok, I had another idea that could be rather interesting, though I'm not sure on how possible it may be. What if there was a command, such as, say, /engine $, that would change the style of a ship's engine? I imagine it would need to work like /renameme, in that it kicks you when you put it in and takes a bit of money; Then it would swap the engine of the ship for one with a different effect (unless I'm quite mistaken how that works). So, for example, if my LWB Eagle wanted to be more Rheinland-ish, I could do /engine rheinland, and instead of the regular engine effects, it would now be the fancy green plasma looking exhaust. Would something like that even be possible? Because if so, it would allow for minor ship customization without having to implement tons and tons of variant ships. Maybe even limit what ships can do so - like only the generic ships, as putting a Bretonian engine inside a Wraith may not make sense, but I could see that happening with Eagles and the like. User Command Wish List - spec - 05-13-2009 A suggestion: /wanted Gives the list of all ships that are placed in the wanted list. This will need to work based on the user's ID. /wanted add/remove To add/remove from the list - Certain limited members can be given access /kos Same as above except, it lists the 'shoot at sight' list c <param> Lists if the person has the required license - can only be issued based on IDs. For example Navy/LSF/LPI can use c nommie or c artifacts to bring up a list of persons. Further options can be /wanted #target gives you a 'Yes' or 'No' based on if your target was in the wanted list. Similar for /kos. similar for c nommie #target to check if someone has the license I suggest this as many times, faction members Lawful & unlawful need access to centralised lists which are either on the forums or elsewhere and it disrupts gameplay to search for them while your char is afk in space. If the list cannot be implemented on the server, can the command be made to read a file from the client's machine ? this will leave the onus on the player to keep his copy in sync... User Command Wish List - Witch Hunter - 05-19-2009 /givedata <charname> (Or something like that) It would add all the map/base data from one character to another, for something like a 1-5 million fee, to prevent abuse. The uses could be fairly awesome, such as exploratory craft going around and finding things, then selling the info to people who want it at more than the command costs. User Command Wish List - hawk.royal - 05-27-2009 How about a small adjustment to /autobuy. I don't want to turn on autobuy for say nuke mines and spend a ridiculous amount of cash when my hold fills up to 70. So I'd quite like to be able to do "/autobuy mines 20", which would fill me up to 20 instead. User Command Wish List - looqas - 05-27-2009 /spm = show last received private message(s).
