SAO was a light novel originally. There are translated english PDF's (including unreleased/hidden chapters*) floating around the net, just do a quick search.

For the topic at hand... I'm currently just finishing book 10/14 of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series. Very good reads - if you're a LOTR/fantasy fan, they're definitely worth checking out.

The X-Series (X3 Terran Conflict, X2 The Threat and those) had also nice books and interesting story Big Grin

Aswell as the Mass Effect books itself (didn't read all of em)

though 90% of the books I read is in turkish xD so I wont even try showing it here xd
