As for you Toris, a pity that you leave, but good luck in whatever you're doing after Disco Smile

if hes putting it in the public view on purpose people can not be blamed and scolded for giving their honest opinion on what they see.

which is why i said people should just leave if they are leaving, and stop turning every leaving thread into an eastenders episode.

You had great potential as a player and a Rper, its sad to see you go. I hope you return soon enough.
Until then in the words of Spok:

What is wrong about saying goodbye?

Also, there are some things you just don't do. I won't turn this into a full fledged discussion, but in my opininion, if someone is leaving, don't turn it into a drama, just wish them luck. Just my opinion.

RE: Leaving - Hidamari - 03-08-2015

What is wrong with saying goodbye - to your friends and the people you play and interact with? nothing, they will all wish you good times and good luck.

What is wrong with saying goodbye - in a massive public forum including everyone that likes/dislikes you? nothing, but you chose to make it universally public, so you will reap what you sow, people are not obliged to wish you farewell even if you think they should.

Dont make it public if you dont want a public opinion.

Well I had a lot of fun times flying with Toris. Personally I find its when we go flat out for a while and don't realize it, this place can get exhausting. I haven't been around as much the last couple months over RL stuff and also to not let myself burn out so easily. Knowing when to take a break is always important when its very easy to wind up more and more involved. If you go, best of luck! If you return, just take 'er easy for a while!

Out of my experience, leaving threads are just a kind of desperation, when you can't get something your way, most of the time. You better believe me Smile

RE: Leaving - Lythrilux - 03-08-2015

No need to rip him apart guys. Let him leave in peace.

RE: Leaving - Hermes - 03-08-2015

I can't blame you for leaving, i know it's very negative but ... there are many factors making people leave now.
I hope you re-consider your decision but also i understand that sometimes an uncontrolled problems do cause unpleasant environment for gaming .... good luck on whatever you decided and farewell good sir.
