There are a number of problems with your application, most notably that were you a Legionnaire you'd be a citizen already - as of this moment, no program exists for foreigners to join the Legion. How you've come into command of an Arbiter given your complete lack of understanding on the matter is beyond me, but if you really are a Legionnaire you don't need a visa at all, and if you aren't, and somehow gained command of an Arbiter, be expecting a bomber visit sooner than later.

Reason for application: I wish to join as i have been constantly harassed by Liberty Corporation's, who see my lowly one man mining operation a threat to their monopoly of Liberty Space. I have explored many other houses and the same occur's whether its house corporation's or other's.
Joining the Commonwealth with its idea of liberty and its value's appeals far greater to me and my family.
Yes in time i wish to form a company of my own but i am far from that situation, I have worked hard in the last year to provide for my family and save enough to purchase a Hegemon, even with the harrasment, threat's and piracy that is left unchecked within Liberty.

My name is Gia Moore. Recently, I've had a small conversation with an.. affiliate of the Legion, and after an explanation, my father said that it would be a good idea to try and register for citizenship to try and help me do my work and not get shot at while doing it.

I managed to get Rheinland citizenship before the war with Kusari heated up, and renounced my old Bretonian citizenship. Hurt to do it, but I'm not a fighter. Didn't want to get drafted. I still 'elp out old Blighty from time to time with supply runs, though. In any case, I'm applying for a Commonwealth visa, not citizenship.
Reason for application:
Erm, I've got two main reasons. The obvious one is, I like the idea of trading with the Commonwealth and making money on those routes. I'm willing to do supply contracts for the Legion, too, if you're short on shipping, or need something that's 'ard to get 'old of.
The second one 'as to do with some old friends of mine who used to be based in Kansas. 'Aven't 'eard from them in ages, and wanted to see if you lot 'ad any idea where they'd gone off to.
Any road, I 'ope my application's up to snuff.

I think i will be short on this one. I am seeking Commonwealth citizenship to stick closer to someone who suddenly grew valuable and important to me. Besides that, a ship of such size can not clearly be operated without it's crew, so a visa for my crew would be extremely useful as well.
