Error sounds like a network problem. Look on the router side and check if you need to make a NAT/PAT (server port is 2302). Also disable all firewalls if you have.

I don't think so because it worked for 4.87 and 4.86..and i can't modify my router setting (don't have the password)

yes i disabled the firewalls..I think it's a version problem but I ve already updated DSlauncher...

Do you have Windows 8 ? Do you have deactivated Windows Defender before reinstalling the whole thing ? Do you have any other security software installed ?

Also perhaps a problem of rights during installs. Try to install everything with admin rights.

Also are you connected on wifi or direct connection via cable ? ^^ Could be one of the cause.
