Greetings everyone. It was a long time since i contacted you here but i have some good and bad news what you need to know. Since we have been called back we did many great things. Iam still extremly proud of every single officer within our ranks. In the last couple of months some of you have even gone beyond the call of duty, performing feats beyond what is asked of their rank. Due to this I have decided to take the opportunity to reward these members:

First of all Lieutenant Commander George Anderson. The 5th High Command accpets that you did perfectly what a Lietutenant Commander should do and even preformed tasks way beyond this rank. Due to this you are hereby promoted to the rank of Commander. From now on you are allowed to use ships up to Cruiser class. Congratulations.

Now Lieutenant Jim Schofield. The 5th High Command accepts that you preformed tasks wich are not part of the duties of a single Lieutenant. Due to this you are hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. From now on you are allowed to use Gunboat class ships. Congratulations to you as well.

Now, less joyous news. First of all Lieutenant Raiden Clark. You have not reported for duty for more than 1 month and did not gave any sign of yourself. Because of this you are hereby demoted to the rank of Ensign.

And of course Rear Admiral Maverick O'Howell is still MIA along with his ship the Cinncinatti. From now on all personell is ordered to gather as much information as you can in order to find the ship and its crew.

Report #002 - George Anderson - 12-16-2014

Reports about possible Rheinland warship in Texas reached me. As I tried to intercept it in Hudson I was too late but at the same, just in time to see an unregistered station being built.

As I was returning back to Hudson to discuss the issue about the modular base, the earlier mentioned Rheinland Cruiser was spotted near Jump Gates. Since I had backup already on the way, I wasted no time and started attacking the Cruiser. With so many vessels attacking the hostile, it didn't took long untill the enemy was destroyed to join the scrap fields.

Later on, intel about issues at West Point Academy reached us and we rushed down to see a Lane Hacker Bulldog loitering nearby. It instantly started fleeing into Badlands and failed to comply with orders to halt. We opened fire and after a while, I managed to detonate my mines directly upon the target to force instant explosion.

On a routine patrol from NY to Texas we intercepted an Outcast battleship named Viotory

As serious as it sounds by talking to the captain of said battleship I soon realized that he was high on
Cardamine and completely lost. He kept blabbering about scanning anomalies (jump holes) around the
whole Sirius but none of that made any sense. I ordered him to turn around and return to where he
came from. I lead the way and escorted him through Texas

where he jumped to Hamburg via jump hole.

During my return I received an intel from Police officer named Torax. He shot down a Nomad
infiltrator near West Point and looted some of its weaponry. I ordered him to stand by and wait for my
arrival. After the takeover I brought the following items to Long Island Station:

Nomad mines were immediately sent to Willard Research Station.

Rheinland carrier U-99 was spotted next to planet Houston yesterday at about 23:15 Texas Time.

His turrets were disabled so we tried to communicate first. The following is an excerpt:

5th|Jim.Schofield: What brings you here, Rheinlander?
U-99: I surrender.
U-99: I have come to surrender to the republic.
5th|Jim.Schofield: Ah I see.
LPI-SWAT-J.Vorter[G]: So, you are surrendering yourself to Liberty?
U-99: Yes.
...
U-99: I fully surrender the Unterseeboot-99 to your hands.
U-99: However, I want unconditional immunity from prosecution for my crew.
5th|Jim.Schofield: Alright, we have to move away from the planet first. I think we can talk
on neutral soil, like Bering.
U-99: No. I don't trust you.
U-99: You will execute me there.
5th|Jim.Schofield: Let me contact HQ first.

Situation escalated when a Unioner cruiser popped up on our scanners.

The cruiser was ordered to stay at a safe distance of 5k from U-99.

UN|Straubing: Franka: A Rheinland makes deals with Liberty?
Uniles: Whats the situation?
LPI-SWAT-J.Vorter[G]: Unioner's getting dangerously close.
5th|Jim.Schofield: Unioner, keep your distance!
UN|Straubing: Franka: A deserteur huh?
U-99: Shut up ze Unioner scumz.

When the situation was getting dangerous I received a message from Norfolk. It was decided that
negotiations should continue in Magellan system. I ordered U-99 to follow me to NY. To ensure
the highest possible security I ordered another Navy pilot (Miguel Santiago) to join the convoy
while others kept an eye on the Unioner. As a sign of good will the Rheinlander disabled his shields.

Before entering the NY JG:

During the jump to NY U-99 encountered a rare worm-hole anomaly and ended up lost in the NY
system. After a while we picked up his transmission:

U-99: Having tried ze coffee I have come to my senses and will return to Rheinland.
U-99: I repeat I am not surrendering to ze Libertonians.
Tyraelion: All units, find the Rheinlander and destroy him, alert the fleet!

After a thorough search of the system we found U-99 approaching the Texas JH in Badlands. He
immediately turned around and tried to flee but my ship was faster and eventually caught up with him.
This was ~90k above plane.

After disrupting the ship's cruise engines I called for reinforcements.

U-99 refused to surrender and activated his weapons. Eventually, we had to use force.

The captain of the Unioner cruiser was smarter and left Texas by jumping to Hudson system. We decided
not to pursue.

Greetings pilots. Iam here to inform you about an important matter. No one was ever discharged from the fleet because those who wanted to leave simply requested it. The High Command never forced anyone to quit. Untill now. Ensign Raiden Clark due to the fact that you failed to contact the High Command and did not requested a short leave for yourself you are hereby DISCHARGED from the 5th.

Good day,
Today I went on a patrol in New York , I tried to intercept an vessel with freelancer transponder and Pirate papers , I had to jump in Colorado via Jump Hole, because we tough he is going there , bur unfortunately he wasn't , and I jumped back where I met Lieutenant Evens Carter, and our scanners picked up a "CSV" vessel with pirate papers and he was carrying 1 artifact as well, I asked him to stop and to drop the contraband , but he didn't and we had to stop him by force.

in one my normal patrol i get this strange text message on my screen

i go to california gate and there i  got them when jack arrive we try to said them to drop a artifact but
they deny the our request.
Jack first they open fire ask me to get the Gettysburg and
when i go away for take the gettysburg jack reach to kill the bomber.
When i ask if need the Gunboat support Jack reply they back in california for escape.
I choose to rest in my guardian and i back at the gate and jump in california,
where jack fight  with the other two ship we manage to destroy the other two ship easy.
When we finish to them i return in Manattan for get the Century and secure a part fo the cargo not destroyed in the fight in manattan

Greetings pilots. Today iam here again to reward those who showed bravery courage and honor. Of course all of you doing this everyday, but there are some who gone beyond their limits and excellently performed and fullfilled their duties. Iam talking about the following members:

Ensign Johnatan Taylor you are hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
Lieutenant Alex Brooks you are hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Lieutenant Commander Jim Schofield from now on you wear the honored rank of Commander.
Commander George Anderson from now on you are promoted to the rank of Captain.
Keep it up gentlemen iam extremly proud of you. Of course every promoted member shall use the ship what is allowed with his new rank.

Six days ago I received an all-point bulletin (APB) alert with origin at Philadelphia station (Pennsylvania).

*APB Alert* "US-Opportunity" Stork Adavanced Transport - Flags - MIA 5 weeks ago. Current
markings: "The.Red.Serpent". Vessel appears in poor shape, lacks adequate shielding. Any
sightings to be reported to LPI.

By the time I got into Penny, the ship was already gone. Two days ago I picked up another APB:

*APB Alert* Vessel using "US-Opportunity" papers just used the California Jumpgate. Vessel is in
poor repair, lacks shielding and has warning lights activated. Used docking key "The.Red.Serpent".
Vessel is listed as missing - Advanced "Stork" Train. Engine signature similar to those used by
outlawed or pirate transports.

Yesterday I was lucky and spotted the vessel in New York.

I caught up with him in Texas. After we jumped to Bering I opened communication channel:

5th|Jim.Schofield: Good evening, pilot.
The.Red.Serpent: Uh... Hi! Hows it going!
5th|Jim.Schofield: Is everything alright there? Your ship seems to be in a pretty poor shape....
The.Red.Serpent: Uh, fine! Everything is fine!
The.Red.Serpent: *sound of sidearm clicking*

Strange behavior of captain and suspicious noises led me to believe that the ship is captured.
I had to be careful. I let him to take the lane to Freeport 2, where I finally stopped him.

5th|Jim.Schofield: Could you cut your engines, please?
The.Red.Serpent: We're just gonna stop here....

Here I decided to use an old game with security codewords:

5th|Jim.Schofield: Can you answer to a security code, please? "Pidgeon"
The.Red.Serpent: Harold... Answer him!
The.Red.Serpent: Screw this!
5th|Jim.Schofield: You don't know the security code, sir?
The.Red.Serpent: This is Jimmy Predsman of the Xeno Alliance! We have seized this vessel!
Back away, or I'll kill the crew! Back off!
5th|Jim.Schofield: Sure, calm down....
The.Red.Serpent: See the lack of pods? No one gets off alive! Back off dammit!

After I moved 5k away from the ship, Predsman spoke:

The.Red.Serpent: Now you listen! We gonna do this real simple!
5th|Jim.Schofield: Just don't harm anyone, alright?
The.Red.Serpent: You're gonna cut this ship loose, and in return I'll leave the crew here nice and
safe.
5th|Jim.Schofield: That's a fair offer. May I contact my HQ first?
The.Red.Serpent: No funny business, got it?!
5th|Jim.Schofield: No, not funny. You're the boss now, I get it.

There was no time to contact the HQ. I decided to take Predsman's offer and save the crew.

The.Red.Serpent: Right, all except you, get off! Now! Harold, you're staying with me, I need your
codes for this piece of crap!
5th|Jim.Schofield: I assume Harold is... was the captain before you seized the ship?
The.Red.Serpent: You fly back to your corrupt pigs and tell them that Jimmy Predsman of the Xeno
Alliance says we are coming for them, got it? Go tell them now!
5th|Jim.Schofield: What about captain Harold?
The.Red.Serpent: If I leave him here, you'll have no reason to let me fly outta here! You think I'm
stupid man, do you?!
The.Red.Serpent: Looks like I won't be sleeping for a while, right Harold, we are gonna move slowly
away now... Go back to Liberty and tell them the time of the Xenos is at hand!
5th|Jim.Schofield: Good, I have the confirmation from Freeport 2. May I hear from captain Harold?
That he's alright? It's the last thing and I'm on my way.
The.Red.Serpent: *different voice* I'm OK, just do what he says, please!
5th|Jim.Schofield: Thank you, captain. Stay put.

I immediately left Bering and returned to planet Houston. I suggest being cautious and patient while
dealing with this Xeno as he's still holding one hostage.
