that would be so awesome! i could see it now. Me flying up with gneisenau and pop some lonely cop. but right before he dies,. BOOM flare goes off. and i get capwhored.......
No, just kidding that would be awesome, i think it could fill the spot of the cruise disrupter for traders . so if they're in some heat, they can pop a few flares for the police to find them better. good idea walker.
