Threw in changes for RhPolice restart, especially the change of reputations is quite important due to changes in the fresh update.

^ would really like to know as the current Core restart has been slightly screwed by system changes and needs to be adjusted.

Admin equipment requires the [Admin] tag. I honestly can't see that changing any time soon. but if it were to then I'd be very concerned. Best not to bring it up again, I'd say... otherwise I might be inclined to say precisely why this is a bad idea, and that would be a bad idea. So, don't even go there.
-Gonna comment before people start to talk back to you about this one, Admin equipment does 'not' require the [Admin] tag. However it's true that we have no plans on giving them to people outside of the Angels (shields), or the Admin team in the future anyways. -KB

I've mapped a ship appropriately for Hackers and Rogues, which is confined to Liberty but excludes docking on lawful bases.
