I have filled out the participants in this collaboration in the OP. If you feel that you cannot participate, please let me know as soon as possible. The Lane Hackers have declined to participate, thus their removal from the list. I appreciate all the other offers. This story does not have an end as of yet, so if I see a sensible way to include someone, or they have an idea how they might be included based on how the story progresses, feel free to PM/Skype me with your thoughts.
