Our command is grateful for the support by the LPI and the LLS. With these deliveries we can start full reconstruction. It is also good to see that DHC is taking this contract. The Hull Panels will be needed mostly in the last step but we require it as soon as possible.
Bonus payments and budget transfers will be authorized soon.
Basic Alloy and Titanium by the LLS. Budget accounts will be adjusted:
