I have to vote against the Kusari Gunboats, though I'd vote against the Talarca more adamantly. I'd say the Kusari Gunboat fits better than that, but the Explorer better than both of those. A division of Explorers for support vehicles works well, but a special Explorer, maybe with higher armor or whatnot, could be the flagship, but a Kusari Gunboat would work well, if a major distinction is necessary.

My main issue is I never see any active KSP on... KNF isn't terribly active either, but I can't recall seeing a KSP in... forever? Maybe its just how little I'm on...

I must echo Zapp here.. I haven't seen KSP in a long while.
And then I need to disagree with Bacon. The KSP would use the smallest Gunboat they have available, which would be the Kusari one. It fits them better in terms of looks, size, and firepower. Police forces use fast, but lightly armed and armoured ships. The Kusari Gunboat is definitely smaller and faster than the Explorer, and has less firepower, and better for anti-fighter operations, which is what KSP should be doing, leaving KNF to take out capships.

Why are RHA unfriendly instead of hostile? Not saying it should be hostile, but want to know the reasons behind it.

GMG is on friendly list, but no coloration (format error, not diplomacy).
So yeah, diplomacy list needs updated pretty badly. Might be a good idea to put an NPC diplomacy list as well.
