I agree with your OP, nomnom. But I have a question. Where do you propose we find people that are capable, interested and have enough time, all in one?

Well. Its not going to go anywhere @Skorak. Nom is angry because we have other things both in RL and in disco to take care of . All in all he is butthurt because not AFC is the #1 priority in discovery.

What I've learned from interacting with instance where multiple people are in charge or have a say: It will take time. Be it inRP governments, CoF, faction HCs with team-based ranking or dev/admin stuff. I waited months for the approval of my SRP change request and am still waiting months on our Unique Ship Request or the results of the discussion about a thing I requested. People have priorities, real life and stuff, so instead of blaming them, I'd just do other stuff while waiting. Getting answers to anything is a nice-to-have, not a thing you can demand.
