Honestly OC just needs to get the same treatment as many 'dead' factions have had in the past: deletion An energetic, charismatic and motivated individual comes along who can pool together a bunch of players into a faction and bring the NPC faction back out of the ashes at the same time.

Hmmh. I've actually been eager to make something with Hispania for a while now. I feel a slaver OC faction would bring a world of good to the server if it catches on. Anything to bring back the Gamma/Alpha raids !
