Hi Mom & Dad!

The last few days have been really interesting. I feel like I'm flying all over the place now, seeing things that I've never seen before. I'm outside of Rheinland territory almost every day now. The same things as always keep creeping up - bounty hunters, Harmony. But there are new things as well, beautiful things. I've finally made some good friends out here, and you two would be proud of me for everything I'm accomplishing.

I feel like things have changed so much since I first came out here, even though it's only been three months. It's shocking how much perspective you get when you get yanked away from everything you've ever known, and suddenly you're in an entirely new place. The lessons you two taught me though have held up here, and I continue to do what's right for the Union, always. I miss you both so much, and I keep your picture close.

Also, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Sebastian told me in his last letter that he loves Thomas Keller. So, don't expect that relationship to be going away any time soon. I know Sebastian is just 16, but he's experiencing his first love. Try to be tolerant of it. It probably won't last, but maybe he will get lucky like Klara and I did. He's a good kid, and he's so scared to tell the two of you how he feels. But, I know you better. I know you love him unconditionally.

Thank you for the gifts you sent, by the way. The little care package was amazing. And the new photo of you two, Sebastian, Niklas, Klara and Hannah was great. It's in my quarters hanging on the wall. That frame was beautiful, so I'm guessing dad built it...haha. Anyway, thank you both so much. I love you. Take care of yourselves, and you'll hear from me again soon.
