Freelancer and Discovery Installation Guide - Vista - SilentSkies - 03-03-2009 huh i was in the same boat, i just finished installing last night and finally got onto to the servers after uninstalling avg. Braveheart, if you've done all the steps in that tutorial and uninstalled AVG and still can't connect but able to see the server. Than I think it might be your router's firewall, not Vista's. EDIT: T__T my characters got deleted since I haven't logged on for over 40 days and I've just recently built this new desktop for gaming. I'm not sure if the issue is really your router's firewall but here's a website to show you how to portforward and open up the port for the game. www.portforward.com |
