Yust made the first roundtrip, didnt feel too comfy with 15 mill of cargo. But to my suprise there was no RM around anywhere? How come, they used to be so strong in the past...
And who the hell are the Federals in Rheinland? Something yust made up, or backed up by real players?
Well, indie traders dont care, profit is great, even if we took a detour by not passing planet New Berlin.

So whats going on with this event, has it stopped because there is no event trigger, if so can we still do the run to compete against the Imperials and does it still count against the tracker?

You can still do the run. This event is only being tracked for the purpose of gathering data on participation, there's no outcome linked to it.

Tonight our ship was intercepted by Rheinland military for the first time, fortunately for us we allready arived at our destination, they opened fire but they couldnt prevent us from docking at Augsburg base anymore.

Well, with the price nerf, obviously there has been a drop in participation, no one is risking their asses when its the military who is hunting you with freaking battleships. At least pirates you pay them and they leave you alone for the rest of the time.

If battleships are shooting your transport they are doing so in violation of rule 4.7.
