Loyola-san, Hayashi-san and Amaia-san,
Here is the detailed attack strategy of the Gen'an Cell after incorporating all standpoints brought forward in this conference.
- Phase one
The Golden Chrysanthemums will start making preparations to ensure their operational presence in Kyushu remains. This will involve using our civilian support to set up covert safehouses on Planet Kyushu on which to operate once Battleship Matsuda departed from the system. Using the cover of GC supportive businesses we will establish landing sites that bypass conventional spaceports so our ships are not subject to routine scans. We will be able to keep our grasp on the Kyushu system that the Matsuda currently provides us and our planetary presence will allow us to greatly expand the cardamine business. Downside to this is that we can only take freighters to the surface in order to avoid detection.
Now to the attack on Tsushima Depot. Battleship Matsuda will move westwards through the Seiran Dust Cloud and meet up with the Blood Dragon forces coming from the Tottori jump hole. When the GC and Blood Dragon forces have gathered, they will move to the south until they leave the safety of the cloud and perform a quick strike on Tsushima, there the Matsuda will be used as main base to resupply. The Maltese, if joining the assault could attack from the flank once the attack is underway, overwhelming any possible defenders. Capital ship support to defend the Matsuda if the navy has a trick up their sleeve is recommended as the Matsuda isn't able to take on a Tokugawa class vessel on her own.
Afterwards, the Matsuda will either enter the Tottori or Hokkaido jump hole, abandonning the system. By this time we should be underway with establishing our outposts on Planet Kyushu in preparation of her absence. After all, slapping Samura and departing the system afterwards is only a victory for Samura. For this attack to have any lasting effects, our presence must remain in the system to keep them from regrouping.
- Phase Two
The Matsuda will be either in Tottori or Hokkaido.
Path Hokkaido
Depending on Matsuda's damage, the Matsuda will strike at Sapporo Station and in the case of it being too well defended, will destroy several gas miners in the Shiden Cloud. As the GC have been operated from this nebula for over 100 years ever since Ainu was built, our scouts won't have much trouble locating several viable targets. Fort Wakkanai will be too well defended, especially with the Sado nearby. It is too risky, especially if the Maltese won't take part. After the strike on Sapporo and the gas miners, Battleship Matsuda will depart to Rishiri/Tau 53.
Path Tottori
The Matsuda will join the attack against Tokai Shipping platform as the Blood Dragons mentioned their intentions earlier. however, it seems like a lower priority target than the mining operations in Hokkaido in terms of the impact. Furthermore, I believe with Samura weakened on both ship building and mining operations, will benefit the Tomioka assault more than striking a supply base. From here, Matsuda will enter Nagano which has few viable targets and finally enter Rishiri/Tau-53.
Of these paths, I believe the cause is better served by taking the Hokkaido path in terms of effectiveness.
- Phase Three
Matsuda will safeguard the cardamine trade route in Rishiri/Tau-53. She will take position slightly east to the Hokkaido jump hole in sector F/G 5 or slightly north of the hole in sector F 4/5. This can become the "Special Zone" that Donna Loyola mentioned.
