Outcome : After several minutes of fighting i got out of the astroid field with half a ship tried to call for other lawfull ships in the are but failed and eventually was blown to dust RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - KingPin - 09-26-2020 Name :Black12 Operative ID :46th|Black_12[R] Other operatives present : 46th|Romeo.Darkbeat Systems visited :New York,Sector 4-D Encounter Description :While Patroling around New York system as me and Romeo got on a tradelane towards West Point we noticed [XTF]-Helheim[R] on our radars, after getting of the trade lanes i asked the enemy vessel to leave the are or to state his/her intentions wich was replied by her intrest in the lives of me and Romeo. Outcome : For me after a hard battle against a well trained Sabre pilot who is highly skilled i was putdown after 8+ Minutes of a fight, though i did took his shield down once and damaged littlebit of his hull. ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - romeodarkbeat - 09-27-2020 ::::==::::==:::: Open Data File ::::==::::==:::: Name :Recruit Romeo Darkbeat Operative ID :46th|Romeo.Darkbeat Other operatives present : None Systems visited :New York Encounter Description :Immediately after Black_12's ship being disabled I tracked his escape pod for safety and engaged [XTF]-Helheim[R. After some heated dogfight I was shocked to see a Liberty Carrier straight up shooting my target without regard for gun safety or naval combat procedures. Outcome : With the pilot visibly distressed and occupied I decided to leave the area and take Black to Trenton Outpost, where medical staff confirmed he is well and combat ready, with just a scratch. I can attest the previous report's facts, being there and witnessing Blacks fast response, unwavering commitment to duty, sense of decency when not engaging a foe in uneven odds and strong skills in the cockpit. I also want to note that as a professional member of the 46th I'm not only bound by the Laws of Liberty, the policies of our great Navy and the CoC of the Strike Force, but gravely against unfair and uneven fights. While this [XTF]-Helheim[R] is truly an unlawful pilot at the service of criminal interests in Liberty, I witnessed him being engaged in heavy handed ways before, and that happened again. Liberty Law is better than that. I prefer to lay my life for Liberty than to call for Capital Ship fire on a enemy fighter. I'm working towards improvement as a pilot and while not all Naval officers need to comply with the Code of Conduct of the 46th I needed to make it perfectly clear that I did NOT call for Cap support and DISENGAGED when I found myself in a situation that could breach our CoC. Engaging targets with decency is the least we can do to maintain public support and not give the Insurgents any propaganda piece. I promise to spend time in the simulator to improve my dogfighting and I hope next patrols will bring better results. ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - romeodarkbeat - 09-28-2020 ::::==::::==:::: Open Data File ::::==::::==:::: Name :Ensign Romeo Darkbeat Operative ID :46th|Romeo.Darkbeat Other operatives present : 46th|Weis_Maijers[R], 46th|John.Joe, 46th|Van-Leer, Josh.Porter, 5th|David.Nelson Systems visited :Texas, Hudson, New York Encounter Description :I had the most intense night since I joined the 46th, and if not for my words being backed up for actual footage thanks to the new camera device added to my turret, I'm not sure people would believe my report. First encounter: At 21:56 Sirius Time I was joined in my patrol by 46th|Weis_Maijers[R], as we did NY's main territories, proceeded to California until the edge of the system and back to NY with the direction of Pennsylvania. Upon approaching the LNS-Delaware we picked up known criminal Birdie, who was harassing civilians in his gunboat. Despite underequipped we proceeded to engage and upon realizing this would be a suicide mission, I advised Weis to help taking the civilians to safety while my dodging skills trained by Admiral Van-Leer and my IRONHAMMERS and pulse guns gave the ruffian something to think about. When I finally saw every innocent and Weis were at a safe distance I jumped back to NY calling for backup, but wasn't replied by Navy corps. Second Encounter: Immediately after that I was to dock on Norfolk for resupply but found a Junker called scrapie, strangely activacting the Trade Lane to Chadwick station. I hailed and ordered an engine cut for a scan but wasn't answered. When I finally managed to scan him, it was with no surprise that I found Black Market Arms in his cargo hold. After I told him to stop and drop the cargo he proceeded to try and lure me to the mines surrounding Chadwick. I needed to be extra careful since the previous battle rendered me dry on nanobots and the smuggler used this to his favour, managing to dock and get rid of the cargo than undocking and making a run for it. I proceeded to pursue until Cold Bay Depot where our jurisdiction ends. I docked to ressuply and immediately recieved an order to rendez-vous back in NY, where a pilot of the fith was being chased by a Greyhound and a Werewolf... Third Encounter: Arriving at the trade lane between the Texas Jumpgate and Norfolk I found a skirmish between 4 criminal elements (RogueNation, Protorps, BoomBox, roque2) and 46th|John.Joe, 5th|David.Nelson and 46th|Weis_Maijers[R]. I joined the fray and despite we being underequipped (and undermanned after Weis's ship was disabled) we managed to disable RogueNation, BoomBox and roque2 (this one taking the final shot from me actually). Unfortunately, both Weis and 5th|David.Nelson were put out of action in the process, and now we had Josh.Porter, 46th|John.Joe and I against the enemy bomber, who was skilled and eventually took me out on a single hit with his dual Nova torpedoes. I can't remember it clearly, but one moment I was firing all my IRONHAMMERS agains him and in the other... I was at gasping for air in my escape pod. Upon recovering composure I could see from the pod's secure window an image that brought me great relief. Admiral Van-Leer was there, in his personal fighter. What he did next was the stuff of Legend. Know Protorps would torpedo him into Oblivion, he evaded and fired and caused confusion on the ruffian, coming dangerously close to the enemy, dancing around the strays of the criminal's gun and --- almost mockingly -- avoiding damage. When he finally was hit, his plan was revealed: the blast was close enough for Protorps shield to be disabled. And with this the battle came to a successful end. Outcome : Despite the costs in taxpayer money no Lawful pilot was killed in this action, only 3 of us disabled. I checked in on medical and both me, Weis and JJ are fine, our ships repaired and ready to roll. I sent some flowers to Van-Leer's room hoping to inspire a quick recovery but, not surprinsingly, the nurse told me he was already out running laps in the exercise bay. I'm grateful for my survival on this hectic night and I humbly suggest: --That fighter pilots (Ensigns and recruits specially) are trained on tactics against gunboats. --That scrapie's name and info be added to the target database and relayed to LPI for smuggling Black Market Armaments into NY. --That I'm assigned to train on fighter tacticts under the review and mentoring of Admiral Van-Leer. I would also suggest Van-Leer is awarded a medal for laying his life on the line and destroying his ship for the safety of Liberty, but I'm sure It would be over my rank to do that. This is Ensign Romeo Darkbeat, out. ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - Blake Wayne Van Leer - 09-29-2020 ::::==::::==:::: Open Data File ::::==::::==:::: Name :Rear Admiral Blake Wayne Van Leer Operative ID :46th|Van-Leer Other operatives present : 46th|Black_12[R],46th|Romeo.Darkbeat Systems visited :New York, California Encounter Description :You know how I feel about the Insurgents - a simple misguided children that will sooner or later rejoin our ranks after realizing how pointless and hypocritical following their cause is, as many have already done. So there's no need to treat them like the scum of the earth Rogues, or the two faced, Coalition allying Order terrorists. So today we again offered them a fair fight - I even wanted to put a little wager on in their favor but they don't seem to yet have realized we are the good guys they can have a banter with. Well the scuffle started, and as usual The Insurgency rolled in with a battlecruiser in the middle of the fight with our fighters - we don't expect them to play fair, but we will keep doing so as sooner or later they will re-join our ranks anyways after facing legal ramifications for their actions, and we need to remember that. ![]() Outcome : Despite the Battlecruiser rolling in on his fighter 46th|Black_12[R] managed to disable one of the fighters, before a stray shot from who knows where disabled his vessel in return. As for my fate? Well, their capital vessel decided to shoot my Avenger in the face point blank. At least I had some time to catch up on the News in the escape pod. ![]() ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - romeodarkbeat - 09-30-2020 ::::==::::==:::: Open Data File ::::==::::==:::: Name :Ensign Romeo Darkbeat Operative ID :46th|Romeo;Darkbeat Other operatives present : None Systems visited :New York Encounter Description :On standart "Clockwise" patrol to get myself used to my new Bomber I found civliian Cian.Aurelius carrying 1945 Socialites in his CT39-X "Albatross" Civilian Transport, in full violation of section 1.3 of Liberty Law. Quote:1.3 Improper passenger conditions Outcome : As those are humans we are talking about and not some random cargo, I couldn't just tell him to drop them in space and blast them to bits, as we dont need Insurgent propaganda to instantly become accurate. Luckly he was right next to Fort Bush and when ordered to unload the passengers at the station he readly and effectively complied. As my brother is a trader with the USI I could give him pointers on where to get actual cargo that fits his vessel and sent him on his way. Unfortunately, my ship's logging system experienced some issues and the log's not usable, but my Shipcam footage is attached on Navy/46th/reports/Navy_Patrol_Footage_20200929224122 .mp4 ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - Jeter.Leo - 09-30-2020 ::::==::::==:::: Open Data File ::::==::::==:::: ![]() Name :Captain Frederick Arnold Operative ID :46th|LNS-Intrepid Other operatives present : None Systems visited :Fort Bush and Norfolk Shipyard,New York Encounter Description :The maintenance work on the battlecruiser Intrepid has been completed yesterday. The Intrepid was almost destroyed during the battle with Insurgency in California two weeks ago. Thanks to the hard work of the workers at the Norfolk Shipyard. We originally planned to test the systems of the battlecruiser Intrepid today. During the voyage, my radar caught the enemy battleship MNS-Arrosa. He was trying to pass through the Liberty space. I tried to intercept him, due to the distance, I lost the target. At this moment, my radar showed that a Junker ship Alonzo_Nibali was carrying black-market light arms near the Bush Fort. I intercepted him and asked him to hand in illegal commodity. He agreed at first, but at this time my radar showed that the battleship MNS-Arrosa had returned. This Junker Vessel stole these illegal commodity back when I was attracted by the battleship. What a shame! Soon my Intrepid was under siege from the battleship MNS-Arrosa and the rogue destroyer _LR|Trent_. We fought Valiantly and successfully repelled them. But my battlecruiser Intrepid was also badly damaged and had to return to the Norfolk Shipyard for repair again. Outcome : Junker transport escaped.Oucast Battleship and Rogue Destroyer got repelled. ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - Blake Wayne Van Leer - 09-30-2020 ::::==::::==:::: Open Data File ::::==::::==:::: Name :Rear Admiral Blake Wayne Van Leer Operative ID :46th|Van-Leer Other operatives present : 46th|Black_12[R], 46th|Romeo.Darkbeat, 46th|James.Creed, 46th|Labiiwasibe[R] Systems visited :New York Encounter Description : I just might be getting too old for this ... stuff. Following suggestion by Rear Admiral Van Leer i tried reasoning with the insurgent, showing the great benefits of SUNBUCKS and DEMOCRACY. He seemed confused and flew away. Quote:Alpha.IX: I would rather die, then return to the Navy. Outcome : Upon return to squad location I found out said insurgent threathning Fleet Admiral James Creed himself, who was flying his personal fighter. We, one at a time, engaged and were disabled the insurgent, while know criminals [R]-Diamonds.and.Spades, Death's.Right.Hand and a.young.girl, who shot Van Leer and Recruit Labiiwasibe. I'm mildly concerned that while Van Leer's intentions are pure, Sunbucks and DEMOCRACY are not enought as incentives to show Insurgents the errors of their ways. ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: RE: Liberty Navy (46th) Strike Force Reports - James Horatio Creed - 10-01-2020 ::::==::::==:::: Open Data File ::::==::::==:::: Name :46th|LNS-Bounty Operative ID :Fleet Admiral James Creed Other operatives present : 46th|LNS-Scarlet - 46th|Romeo.Darkbeat - 46th|LNS-Freedomwings Systems visited :New York Encounter Description :I departed from West Point Academy to find Romeo already stationed there doing a routine stop and search, Then I asked him to do a patrol of the area because we had intel of hostiles in the area. Once Romeo approached Norfolk I could hear the faint sound of a Cloaked Vessel on the ships systems, I immediately put a hail on all channels for the cloaked vessel to identify themselves but no answer at this time. Romeo then alerted me there was an Outcast Ranseur approaching Norfolk shipyard under impulse speed so I entered the trade lane to reach Norfolk and on arrival could see the Ranseur approaching from distance and after a short time I found out what the cloaked vessel was ..... Nomad words coming from the cloaked vessel who then appeared on radar after announcing himself under cloak. The Ransuer approached in a very wreckless style as if he was going to ram me so I immediately used Bounties specialised shield penetrating weapons to take his shield down, by this time we were joined by 46th|LNS-Scarlet under command of Admiral Van Leer who quickly engaged the Ranseur and also swiftly made haste with Romeo to engage the Nomad while I continued to engage the Ranseur. After taking heavy damage I finally dealt the deciding blow on the Ranseur who in my opinion was rather wreckless but still managed to damage many parts of my Overlord, and swiftly made haste to help Van Leer and Romeo with pulses of shield damage so they could take down the Nomad vessel which again wrecklessly tried to charge past me but my powerful weapons were too much for it. Just before we had cleared the area 46th|LNS-Freedomwings had joined us as backup but was just too late to join the fray and we all managed to survive the attack and dock for repairs. Another example of coordinated defense from our operatives who performed impecably today And may I say quick response from everyone and also good command skills from Admiral Van Leer whilst assisting Romeo to engage the Nomad and also many thanks to 46th|LNS-Freedomwings for the additional support. Outcome : All hostiles ships disabled ::::==::::==::::Terminate Data File::::==::::==:::: |
