Good day!
We've three ships en route to your location. Two transports with supplies and construction materials and a craft for construction work. We've picked up the cargo from Bethlehem on the way and will start work as soon as we arrive. The ships will need to rotate out once or twice depending on how extensive damages are.
We will keep parts of the armor plating at salvage value to cover some of the costs of this operation. For the rest we'll need to negotiate with the LFR. For now we'll keep working as the initial costs are covered by the Norfolk hull parts.

The last shipment of armor has just arrived and after the assessment we'll do our best working in the environment we have.
I have to give you a word of warning though, the transport picked up unidentified contacts at the edge of its scanners. You should make sure the area is secure as we'll now start taking systems of your ship offline and removing armor plating. An attack during that time would be especially dangerous. We cannot spare many defense craft either, needing them near Cleveland. Our supply craft will be on high alert on their runs.

Battlecruiser's shutdown and cooldown procedure will take approximately one day, then it is safe for your technicians and engineers to proceed with modifications further.
After the initial complications and work accidents, your improvised dry docking looks promising so far.
