You also need to consider that interest in Discovery just isn't very high at the moment. Trying again when the Big Patch™ drops and player activity (hopefully) picks up again may have better results.

Yeah, I feel you. I kind of did sci RP opportunity for research factions to publish their research but there is little interest. Altho, I was doing that RP mostly for myself anyway so no big deal. Better indeed save your efforts until after the patch.

It seems a lot of people are getting hit by IRL stuff too. I'd have done one up with the SLRC guys but life has been really laying it on thick these past few weeks for me. Better luck next time.
