So long as the sides are even, reserves will flip to active. So the more BPA sign up, the more of the current Corsair "reserves" get to join too.

Registrations updated. Mort is now in a quantum superposition of being both Sails and BPA, so as soon as an extra person registers for either, we can observe his allegiance and collapse it into the opposite state.
