Sadly no, this ship has the scidata onboard as well - and it isnt possible to move a ship into Conn if it has cargo.

Why does the Hyperspace Survery Mk III cost 400,000,00 s/c?
I believe this device is somewhat useless now regarding in-game mechanics.
