The Destroyer is me, I usually have it sat outside New Tokyo as a kind of Mobile Command ship. But I do not remember any KSP gunboats being online? (considering there is only one member currently authorized to use them)
But we do like to imprison pirates. Government gives us bonus checks if we do:P

Gave gunboat privilages to Junsa-Bucho, to combat the rising cap ship threats within house space.

The reason for this, is because it was previously official. On two separate occasions. Now it is not, but is undergoing the waiting period for official status.

First time, I encountered KSP pilots.
Ye I was law breaking by carrying Nuclear Devices and not paying the fine.
But the RP was not really good, and it looks like you ignored everything about my salary WTF?
OSC Captain owns a ship sssurree, can pay and maintain a ship alone.
Fight was lulz Luxury Liner Cau 8 vs 2 Snubs.
Arrived Deshima, RP Conversation. Was not bad at all, but then crying into the system "attacking Pirate Liner ye." Fulllll apprroved.
and then crying everything in the system chat.
Now the best of the best, Rule breaking rofl.
5.6 Fleeing from combat and then docking at a station or planet while you are in range of the ship you were fighting counts as PVP death. Transports and freighters are exempt from this rule.
Transports and freighters are exempt from this rule. A Liner is a transport just for you.
So, it was nice to encounter some players, but the RP was not really good, bringing a Cruiser for Liner because one Bomber and Figher can't do anything and the rule layering. Not really an example for other Disco Players.

That RP looks fine to me. I'd say the only grounds for complaint you actually have would be the // afterwards, which were done discreetly via PM and not screamed from the rooftops as you seem to be implying.
So you've got one misunderstanding of the rules, and a fine line-up of roleplay. What are you complaining about, exactly? Probably best if the KSP guys deal with this, anyway.

Alright, So you were being a complete lulwut in a liner, deliberately proud in the knowledge that you're exempt from certain rules, it was late and I forgot about the transport one.
You still fired at my officers, You still broke the law and refused to take the punishment. I was already on my cruiser so i decided to come help. You docked, we left.
I apologize for getting my rules wrong, again, it was late.
However, try RPing within the boundaries of your Character, you say it was a OSC cruiser? What're you doing carrying nukes. Why're you deliberately disobeying the law if you're a salary man? Why take that chance?
Anyway. Just some things to consider before you go around saying the RP was not legit or whatever.

No offense but to me you were just a lol wut really that was looking for trouble. Not only that but your rheinland friend that was out there tried to bump me off / away from the station so you could kill me. Funny how a rheinlander treats one of its near allied houses (or are we allied? Not sure, I know we are rheinlands almost only trade partner tho, I digress sorry). Anyway as you say "ROFL" to the rule breaking of 5.6 (I don't believe you broke it but you did laugh at the warning of it. Now if you did undock and traded in that system you would have broken it)

your ship was fully armed, had a cau 8 on it, you didn't dock when you reached the station when you ran from us, instead you taunted us and stayed outside hoping you could kill me or my partner and only docked when the threat of a Kusari Battlecruiser loomed on your head. ICly I think your captain would know he is breaking smuggling rules by having nuclear devices.
Docking on deshima station in a house under jurdistiction of the KSP, KNF and KPT and having KSP officers there doesn't seem realistic when you have just broken rules. Realistically deshima station would have gotten orders to see you as a pirate and possibly even shoot at you
OOcly I hope your 2 almost 3 year experience on this server (compared to my half year) would give you some info into smuggling / trading in all the houses (or atleast the knowledge and smartness of checking the rules of the house you go into) If you say no then I do not know what to say, makes me a bit dumbstruck to be honest
But I feel that you knew you were breaking the rules and if I take this into consideration I have to come to the conclusion that you are just a trouble maker looking for a fight which you got. What you didn't like was the battlecruiser and bomber back up (2 or 3 ships came for back up if I remember correctly)
Tl;DR
staying outside the station to shoot at us hoping for a kill and then crying wolf when we get back up and you not getting a kill makes you look like a hypocrite. Next time dock immediatly (something you left out in your feedback post was that you didn't dock immediatly) to show your intentions were true and honest.
