Mk1 or equivalent fighters are going to be underused generally I guess, except where there are factional requirements to use them for a certain period.
I also haven't seen a Tiger Shark or a Dacite yet.
As to the Reseph, It's one of very few capital class ships I'd even consider.

In my entire time on this server I have not seen a single person flying a Mule, or a Bactrian. I am the only person I know who's been in either.

There's a few Bactrians about, certainly more than some of the other freighters.
However given the difficulty of obtaining a mule relative to it's usefulness, it's about the least practical ship out there.

Just to add - no-one uses the silly ships in Pennsylvania, the Basalt, etc.
