Admiral Nadir to Kusari forces: high alert is being declared throughout the Kusari shogunate for at least two days.
Xeno ship Prospector sighted several times heading in the direction of Kusari. Prospector is considered very dangerous. Lone fighters should be confident of taking on a gunboat before engaging. Destroyers are standing by to engage the Xeno gunboat if spotted.
We also have a report that a Helgast ship, pilot name McNeo, attacked and destroyed a Southern Alliance trading vessel.
Pirate activity must be brought under control and the Xeno gunboat neutralised.
All KNF leave is cancelled and all personnel will remain with their ships until receiving stand-down orders. Three shift sleeping pattern approved. If ensign Raki is on-base, please report to the communications room, it's your mother.

At this moment the South Alliance is forming a Liberty Expeditionary Force to respond to requests for combined actions. However, it is a project under construction, but as a "Good Faith" pledge to greater friendship and alliances we are ordering our units to provide their services to the KNF if requested and their primary duties allow. Ah, Sensei,
It is as the sound of the breeze through the windchimes.
You would have felt the breeze today in Kusari.
The threat of a bombing on our Capitol of New Tokyo was narrowly averted.
Two Xeno craft did damage to Kusari's fleet, before help was mustered;
but the tide quickly turned when that help arrived in the form of a Junker Gunboat,
and the vessel "Victory". With their aid we narrowly prevented the RACS Nussbull from releasing 79 units of Mox into populated areas on New Tokyo.
So, yes, Admiral, we do have our challenges.
And yes, we are very grateful of your assistance.

I regret the attacks on Columbia by TBH ship Lopez. He offered assistance against Outcast and Blood Dragon hostiles but once involved in the battle the Lopez attacked the SA ship despite knowing it was supporting and an ally of the KNF, in violation of a non-aggression agreement we have with TBH. Lopez then went on to attack our vessels too. I'm not sure there was anything that ship didn't take a shot at. The SA's assistance enabled us to prevent the hostile ships from moving further into Kusari space, dragging them to a standstill then forcing them to withdraw.

FEAR vessels have recently attacked KNF assets in our core worlds, I strongly recommend against letting FEAR enter Kusari again.
