Feldwebel Wenzel Kreuzchen :
You are at the beginning of the Officer career. We expect you to envolve your roleplay capabilities and shape your leading skills in the field. Furthermore should you train to be able to look after Rheinland by yourself. Beeing able to solve most of the incidents occuring within Rheinland is the key for succuess.
RMHC deems that you should focus on your RP skills the most and furthermore develop your ability to guard Rheinland without superiors present in the field.
Leutnant Wolfgang Haynsworth:
RMHC deems that you need to focus more on leading abilities and also beeing able to resolve nearly every single occuring situation as well. You are a Flag-Officer. Your task is to lead the men and women while in the field. You are the one beeing adressed by the lower ranks if questions appear. You have to decide verry quickly and in the right way regarding the situation.
Currently we do not see fit for a promotion to Oberleutnant. Put more effort on the listed skills and you will earn the Oberleutnant insignia verry quickly.

As requested by Frau Admiral Malte, here is my application for promotion. Everything is in order from what I can tell, drastic though the jump in rank is. I don't believe the Military Guard ID I'm using is an issue, as I like to use that as opposed to the base one, but if that is a problem I will duly change them.
I would like to schedule a practice dogfight as well as put my name up for the Oberkommando to consider for further promotion, as I also have six patrol reports, putting me up to snuff to be commissioned, provided the Oberkommando deems me fit.
