(Kotor.) (Half-Life would be on there, but, it was a 90's game. Mass Effect just missed out, along with a few others.) Your top 5 games of the decade - pieguy259 - 01-01-2010 In no particular order: Freelancer Portal Pokemon: Platinum Version and Emerald Version (don't judge me) The Sims 2 Galactic Civilisations II: Gold Edition Your top 5 games of the decade - Jinx - 01-01-2010 the longest journey [ cause its such a wonderful narration ] dreamfall ( the longest journey sequel ) [ awesome story, too bad its more like an interactive movie than a game ] spellforce 1 [ well balanced game, dunno why i like it so much, its just a good game ] beyond good and evil [ that one caught me by surprise and i played it straight till the end - something i rarely do ] civilization 4 [ solid game, quite complex - however, i never finished a single session, cause it takes too long ] Your top 5 games of the decade - Cyberanson - 01-01-2010 1.Diablo 2 - I played it for such a long time and couldn't stop. Fortunately it stopped one day. Epic game back then... 2.Freelancer/Disco - Over a very long time one of my favourite games and one I still play today. 3.Titan Quest - Many blamed it to be a Diablo clone... well, it was somehow.. but it was epic. 4.Sacred II - Fallen Angel - A really good game and it takes AGES to get a high-level character. 5.Mass Effect - What shall I say? EPIC story. Good game. Your top 5 games of the decade - FooFighter - 01-01-2010 Deus Ex, which is so awesome that it takes up all five places by itself. Your top 5 games of the decade - SimonBlack - 01-01-2010 1. Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura (epic story, endless possibilities, everytime you play its something new and not just variations, but completely new experience) 2. Knight of the Old Republic II (yes, damn it, the second one is way better than first one, chew it:P) 3. Civilisation IV: Beyond the Sword 4. Rome: Total war 5. Age of Empires II Your top 5 games of the decade - Turkish - 01-01-2010 1). Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn Fantastic story, massive replay value if you complete ever single quest. Multiple classes, good expansion. Just a solid production that stands the test. 2). Knights of the Old Republic Similar to Baldur's Gate II in that it was an expansive and well produced story, but with fewer open endings. The narration and character driven storyline with the environments made it for me. But not Juhani. 3). Shogun: Total War The original still calls to me, nothing beats conquering feudal Japan. Measuring your economy in rice, the varied units. It was a blast. 4). Neverwinter Nights Another good, solid, enjoyable RPG. See a trend? 5). Dawn of War: Winter Assault I found the story compelling and the use of the Imperial Guard for the first time fantastic. The environments alone very fabulous to play on. Xavier! Baneblade! Your top 5 games of the decade - Corsair - 01-02-2010 Disco- No matter how many times I leave, I always come back. Fallout 3- Extreme modability led to 100+ Hours of fun.
