Although I will not make promises, I only hope we can stop this. We will give food and water in whatever amount you request. After all Vespucci has two massive ice fields. And Guadalajara is not short on water stores. either.
I may be the first to warn though, Legion food is not five star. But it meets the body's needs. Well, in short we will do everything in our power to help your people survive. But as I said, I cannot guarantee being able to stop this disease, but I suppose we can come up with methods for keeping more of your people from getting it.
Also as previously stated, we can provide all forms of needed military assistance, and I have already had the pleasure of flying alongside the Atalawohisdi in Tau-31 stopping the movement of those prisoners.
And to lengthen my transmission further, you may use Vespucci and Magellan as a staging base or merely a safe haven from attacks by the Navy. The guard is always ready to push the fight out of our system."

I have today received a 2nd generous gift of 40 Million credits. The first gift from this unkown trader was given to Atolowisdhi previously. This trader wishes his donation to go to securing a home for our children.

There has been much to do, but I am happy to report some progress. Forgive me for my lack of reports during this busy time.
At great risk to our warriors, we have completed the transfer of the sick and dying to Montezuma Station in Cortez. They had space available to isolate the plague victims, as they have had no outbreaks of Montezumas Revenge in some time.
Our tribes-people are being made as comfortable as possible there. We have ample supplies of foods and drugs to relieve symptoms; but I fear unless a cure can be found, they are all destined to meet their ancestors in the western skies.
The virus seems to have been isolated by this measure. There have been no reports of sickness in Cassini or at any other bases in many days. Perhaps this knowledge will comfort those who had to be exiled to Montezuma.
As our search for the Liberty Officer has born no fruit, what are your wishes, O Chief? I have given up all hope of hearing from the Hellfire Legions great Shaman. Perhaps their leaders meant well, but words do not take the place of action. I will continue to search for him, or to seek other assistance for our afflicted if you desire; but my hopes of finding a cure are not strong.

Do not give up home my shaman. I have heard rumors from the outer rim systems. Perhaps we have been searching in the wrong places. The houses do not seem to offer us hope. I believe there may be something in these Artifacts that may hold a key.
This is a most dangerous task for you my friend. The Corsairs have been one of our most bitter enemies, yet they are a common source of Artifacts. I have noticed Liberty ships traversing Omicron Gamma in recent days. Additionally, Atalawohisdi had a strange encounter with one RAHF Ares in Cambridge recently. I do not know why this did not occur to me before. Ares was kind this day. He ordered his forces to leave Atalawohisdi alone and offered him aide in the form of food and medicine.
Your task is to contact Ares of the SCRA. Persuade him to sell you Artifacts from Crete. They must come from Crete. I can only presume a Liberty Cruiser engaged a transport carrying artifacts from Crete and took the cargo. There must be some link between our illness and the Artifacts of Crete.
Go now my shaman. And report back what you find.

There are indeed many old tales about the Artifacts left from the days of the Dom Kavosh Tribe. This had not occurred to me.
Perhaps the Spirits have heard our call, and will guide my path.

It is accomplished.
The Coalition pilot Ares was located this morning. He joined me in Gran Canaria.
He professed no knowledge of our need for artificats to study, but that is of no consequence. I was able to purchase some samples for study from the Zoners at Freeport 5.
Ares did offer gifts for our tribe. Something called "biscuits". I accepted this gift of honor, and presented him with a number of Bretonian pilots in return. These pilots will be gifted to The Brotherhood on Planet Crete. Apparently, this Brotherhood has some sympathy for our plight, and wishes to offer discreet help if needed in combatting and eliminating the disease which afflicts us. If more artifact are needed for study, or for some eventual cure, they have ample supplies of them.
I will remain at Gran Canaria until the radiation damage to my Greyhound is repaired. Omega 41 is a harsh environment for a small pony such as mine. I will set course for Cassini with the artifacts and the "biscuits" tonight when patrols are light.
