I like to think that since there is a battleship by the base, it is the Bretonian Gov't that is using the base to reverse-engineer Nomad technology & you cant dock on it or identify it, because it's all classified for now.

I just wonder, what if a poll was made:

If we'd get that ship as our base, then it would have to change colours. Colonial NPC faction? Very unlikely. And making that base belong to IMG... kinda... not right. It's just too specific, out of vanilla (on the other hand, we did get the wild and phantoms, maybe some lawfuls to balance the scales?)

We can make the BSG a faction, I suppose...no NPCs, but I don't see a problem. You could use your own ID, you guys have been around long enough to warrant that.
