With all the side projects Valve has been taking on and their rep for delaying games it's no wonder, really. I don't care much, as long as the game is still good.

Valve developers are currently weighed down with the production of Duke Nukem Forever.
There will be no HL2-E3 development until DNF is completed.

Wasn't the whole point of the episodes, to be able to bring out one or two of them a year?

I've been expecting this game to come out Q1 2012, if it comes out before it will be a pleasant surprise.

By now we should all be well aware that Valve doe snot do things like other games companies. Games are finished as an when they are finished and not a moment sooner. I like ti like this, sure the wait between games can be tiresome, but you know when they arrive they will be good, well thought out and a joy to play. Valve doesn't do things by halves.

Touche, good sir.

Still the waiting is hard. I've completed the entire Half Life story line, about 10 times now (excluding Decay).

How many more times must I satisfy myself with used goods?

P.S: Did that last sentence seem rather... dodgy?
