Universal Shipping has been looking for a bomber since a long time, pretty much like it's friend from Ageira, I guess it would be open to lawfuls (and lawful freelancers). Basically Universal would hold the rights and would be the only one that produces this ship, would bring in RP diplomacy:D
The Xenos might get some of thems since US and the Xenos share a common history.

I don't like the two big tubes on the top. looks weird.
CR only, maybe gaians if reshaped a bit. Could work for the phantoms as well.
It wouldn't fit anywhere else in Sirius really. Otherwise it will be like Legonation' works :S

I really, really like this ship especially the white and blue version. When not using the white/black texture it looks like it would make a good civilian ship or a Cryer ship to be honest. The Renzu Idea got lots of positive feedback, so perhaps another corporation makes more civilian ships?

One of the best things about the Xenos is their lack of a proper shipline. I'm 120% sure this can't go to them.
I also don't think there is room for any more ships in the IMG or CR.
