Go into the properties of your Freelancer shortcut, and paste this into "Target", paste the bold text after the already present text in your shortvut..

Here is final GRN valor fleet with combined loadouts for taking out all ship classes. :P
Shame it was decided to shut down this server exactly in that moment, we had fleet to go all the way to New Tokyo xD
