SILVER! I've seen many silver runners- Pirates for the silver runners, Yet i also have a great time in Kusari for its the beauty system, There is very little non-RP pew pew, The nice odd dog fights and just the general 'Konnichiwa' is great to see from ever person passing by.

As I mentioned before, beside training and the academy I havn't flied fighters too much, mostly bombers. Which I used to destroy our foes ships.

Why are you interested in joining the Hanta-Iseijin?
My squadron is getting disasssembled after we lost 7 wingmen in recent gank by the honorless Bretonians, correctly I see the only progress forward I can do, I to join the Hanta Isejin.
I have a several prospals from different divisions and squads, but I don't like going backward from the progress I made, and getting new pilots for my squad... is impractical... as the requirement are pretty high and not many other good bomber pilots from other squads are willing to do the transfer.

Yes, when I was 15 I made a mistake and stole a bottle of sake, beside a fine and a warning nothing eles was done to me, to my luck.

At the academy I excelled using sabotage weapons and finding the weaker spots in the structure I was required to destroy, a thing that made me an excellent bomber pilot, I have the ability to know where I should strike in order to finish-off my foes.

The Hanta Iseijin act like any other military force but they avoid aiding directly in house wars as it can only weaken them. But when no one is looking, they distrub humanity, sometimes ships disappear and humans are gone missing.

Why do we do this?
You do it in order to make humanity weaker, if you aid one side it will be stronger and will suffer less casulties. moreover you act like any military force in order to keep your secret.

I just thought of him right now, while looking at this question I thought what I want him to be:
My character is a younge pilot, willing to contribute the empire in anyway he can, as he see it, the better rank and division you are in - the more you help the people of kusari.
As a trainee in the KNF he was focused on one thing only: Making the best progress he can, it made him to seem like a bit of ego, but also made him a good soldier.

3.1: First of all cursing is rude, and not nice and you shouldn't cruse without any relation to this game, beside that there are smaller kids that play FL (my cousin for example) altho he know all the curses that people will say, I don't want him to think it's legitimic to talk this way. 3.3: This is RP server, going out of the character in system chat simply cut off the RP tlaking of others, which is annoying.
3.4: This is game, we are all here to enjoy it not to fear getting sanctioned any moment.
5.2: this is RP server, not FPS FFA server, we are here to RP, fighting is needed ofcourse but attacking without any RP is rude and ruine others fun.

Tell me about your character.

He worked in Honshu ground law enforcement. After that he decided he wanted to go to space, so he transfered him to Kusari State Police and gave him appropriate training. After the war started, he transfered to the Naval Forces. He was deployed in Leeds and survived countless battles. He was then assigned to the gunboat IKN-Hakarimasu, which he commands today.

Born in Okinawa neither rich nor poor. After some time i decided to make some bigger steps and i wanted to get away from simple life, and to use all my gained knowledge for a higher purposes. 3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances. Any kind of flaming, threatening or insulting language directed at other members, factions or server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

Most of people got raged fast, cant control, and they see mistake soon after that, when is to late.

3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

Someone would think we are crazy when see how we behave, but it is all a game , and we known we can make the best of us and we pretend to be someone who would like to be . So it's normal, and people who do not know how to behave so should be sanctioned without thinking.


3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.

Pathetic and kinda sad, nothing else have to say. And for the admin thing, if you play to reach some point with privileges and show power to others instead of fun then game is not for you really...

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

Is a RP not a simple first look shooter, so there is no point of shooting like maniac on everything you threat as enemy...

5.6 to 5.8
5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:


a) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
b) Moving more than 10km from the fight.

Vessels acting as escorts for trade ships are exempt from this rules for purposes of:

a) Catching up to their transport. I.E. breaking off an attack to rejoin their charge.
b) Re-entering a system which had previously been exited.

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.

Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner. This exemption applies only to players who are in the system for the purposes of trading and does not apply to mining, piracy or any other activity.

5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.

Is not a Death Match mode so you must threat all of those rules with high standards. The biggest thing I hate is that people full of hate and tension change character when they were killed, and rushing for revenge.

I feel that my skills can be used elsewhere. There is enough of willing agents on Bretonia war-front, however Kusari cannot underestimate the alien threat from Slomon K'Hara and the infected personnel known as the Wild. I believe that my experience could help fighting those abominations. I've also been outside the core systems for 6 years and I wish to help inside Kusari borders once again.

What are the Hanta-Iseijin?
They are the devils in sheep's clothing. Infected and brainwashed Kusari officers that pretending to be protecting their motherland from Alien and Order threat along with fighting other Kusari criminals like Blood Dragons or Golden Chrysanthemums. They are one of the most dangerous elements of Nomad influence.

They pretend to be loyal Kusari soldiers fighting against enemies of their state. They remain unnoticed. However their true goal is to gain influence, get rid of possible threats to the Wild and gather more people for their.

Why do we do this?
To gain greater influence in high political and military circles, while gathering important intel and building forces. Something that infested personnel could openly hardly do.

Tell me about your character.
Akimoto Taiki comes from middle-class Kusari business family. They shared genuine strong trust in Emperor's will and his decision. Something that was rare between his class-mates. Akimoto often heard stories about the eighty years war from his granddad (whose father served in this conflict). This seems to be the source of Taiki's later desire for military career. When the time came he told his father about his idea of applying on a military academy. Firstly unsure he gave his son permission to send application but seeing his son accepted he changed his mind and being proud on Akimoto he paid all his studies. In the last year he was found prospective and was personally hand-picked by KPT scout. Akimoto Taiki was more than happy to accept his proposition of joining the Emperor's secret agency. First two years he operated inside Kusari borders but in year 812 A.S. he was placed in Bretonia due to rising tensions. 2 years later when war begun his tasks changed from intel gathering to planned assassinations, extortions and sabotage.

3.1: People are here to have fun and relax from RL. Not to argue, be threatened and listen to racist.
3.3: Discovery GC is a roleplay server and that it shall stay. OORP chatters in system and local ruin the roleplay atmosphere.
3.4: If you think that other player did something against rules and you are assure of it try to friendly explain it to him. If you think there is really no other way either ignore it or submit a report. Judging others is admin's job.
5.2: Similar to 3.3, no one enjoys to be shot out of nowhere with no good reason behind.
5.6 to 5.8: You died, you lost your fight for next 4 hours. No one wants to be attacked again and again after he won. In RP your ship is badly damaged/destroyed, so you aren't able to re-attack in this time.

I always found Kusari the most interesting house from all 4. I am member of 2 factions there (GC and BDS) and I enjoy my times there on both "sides of the barricade". Kusari has very interesting atmosphere to play in.

Akito had to start working at an early age while still studying, but was able to juggle both well enough to a point where he graduated. Taking interest in Investigations, He signed up for the Special Cases Division. Rigorous training brought him up a well educated man, compared to his family's history of absent education.

He enjoyed the job, solving cases and doing busts on cardimine trade. When his division was flagged then suddenly shut down, he was out of a job and also flagged, causing employment problems. He was able to join the Naval Forces, but didn't like it compared to the Special Cases.

3.3: Always be In Charater. Only place for OOC is private messages or group chat were all attending are agree for it to be OOC.
3.4: Don't rule lawyer, threaten with sanctions, or act like a admin.
5.2: RP before Pew. Personal rule for me is give a good standing conversation going before going hostile, unless its joining a group fight or what nots.
5.6 to 5.8: Fleeing combat and docking while in range of hostile equals PvP death. After death, one cant enter system for 4 hours, unless its a trader who may only act in defense. And lastly, no revenge on the killer. Can't rp/pvp with him/her for 4 hours.

I am interested in joining the Hanta-Iseijin so that I may serve the Emperor and people of Kusari in a greater capacity.

No major criminal record to speak of, though I did steal a candy or two from the shops on Kurile.

I am practiced in playing the Kankara Sanshin, made from discarded tins from the canneries on Junyo, as well as personal hand-to-hand combat, using improvised shivs, clubs, and various blades.

What are the Hanta-Iseijin?
The Hanta-Iseijin are a covert ops unit tasked with ensuring the wellbeing of the house of Kusari on the outside, on the inside they are a group tasked with staging a slow takeover of the Kusari Government.

What do the Hanta-Iseijin do? (Tasks, RP style, etc)
The Hanta-Iseijin perform covert and overt operations according to the will of the Emperor as well as protecting his interests, in order to forward their primary, secret goal.

Why do we do this?
In order to slowly and covertly push the Kusari governemnt back under Nomad control.

3.3: This is an RP server, and that's how it should be treated.
3.4: The players are not here to enforce the law of the server, that is the administrators job. If we see something wrong, simply report it and move on.
5.2: If there was no RP before engagement, then where would the fun come from?
5.6 to 5.8: The rules for combat are in place so that people can enjoy themselves in fights without worrying about others doing things to gain an unfair advantage. And to be honest, for me, the 4 hour rules serve to give me a reason to fight harder, especially since I only have a few characters.

My experience of Kusari has been limited to my times there as an SCRA, though I did spend a sizable time as a Hogosha, during the Kusari Gold Rush. I was invited to join the Hogosha official faction, but I declined.
