If you have been in the job as long as I have you would realise that one just can't go into a situation by shooting first and asking questions later. It is not how we run the operations here at the Liberty Police Inc. We teach our Recruits to ask questions first and evaluate the situation. If you do not that is how lives are lost.

It is a mere fine, I suggest you pay up. It is a lot simpler than having the Liberty Police Inc. and the rest of the Liberty Lawfuls hunting you down.
If I were in your shoes right now I would have paid the fine and been done with it. But then again I'm not, and it's your choice.
But if you choose not to then I will authorise all Liberty Police Inc. vessels to seek and arrest/destroy you.
