err... vex.... i didnt do anything and its working again..... this is a simple two button/scroll wheel mouse that ive been using for a while now....

I think we have the same. It's a great mouse. Sometimes the scroll-clicking won't work though.

May it be that your wireless mouse is interfering with your W-Lan in some way?
Did you find a new place for some short-wave-sending device recently?
Maybe a wireless phone?

I guess I can top the $90 mouse price, by the way. This is what I am using for a mouse. Although I don't remember paying for it what they ask for now. It's nice that I can sell mine now for more than a hundred bucks since I bought it for about 40 or 50 in (I think) 2003.
