It is a grueling task, that should not be taken lightly. Trust me, I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I decided to form it. Three of us formed a solid team as Junkers, and the other has come on board full throttle as soon as we started our first LH pilots. Having a team backing you up is practically essential when you get started. I couldn't be prouder of the team who is working with me. So if you want to start a faction, sell it privately to some solid players first (fortunately for us, we were already a team who just needed a concept, instead of a concept searching for a team). If you can't get people on board to help you plan it, you are going to have a much harder time presenting it to the community with credibility. Faction creation rules ? - Lohingren - 12-19-2007 take my experiece for a example i came into disco and about 3 weeks later i started up RoS (in a bit effort to revive a long lost clan from far away) i screwed my faction status post up royally got me head blown off with numerous flame throwers and shotgun's. but after some fine tuning and a WHOLE loada hard work it worked out and we semi big now. all you need to do really is sit back think it through. use some common sense dont use the warped from a galaxy far far away card...... heard that one a little to much. join a existing faction get a few ideas from the way they run it. try look up on rumours and news for the faction you wanna be. and work around a nice story for that or go for a original story which would still need to tie into your factions rep in ways also. just a few little tips from me anyway, hope they help.
