This is Enforcer Jack Payton. Recently we decided to make unification of our ID transponders and in the process we discovered that our weaponry was incompatible with certain line of our gunships. Namely that our primary turrets were dangerously overheating which could lead to an explosion. In EDGE we seriously take international regulations concerning health and safety of our workers. That is why we had to replace our entire heavy gunboat line with Orca class gunships. This already thinned our resources. But the worst part was that on its virgin patrol in Cortez system our new gunship was ambushed and destroyed by Lane Hackers. Our gunship assisted by an external contractor encountered a lone Lane Hacker freighter. We intercepted him, scanned his cargo hold and it turned out that it was empty except a lone bounty hunter pilot. We of course liberated our pilot and informed the offender about the lock-down of the system imposed by Liberty Government. We decided that warning will be enough for him as his ship was rather harmless. It turned out, however, that he was just a bait and started to shoot cruise disruptors on our gunship. Suddenly two Lane Hacker gunboats appeared at the edge of sensor range. The only hope of our gunship to survive was to quickly destroy hostile freighter and enter cruise engines. Unfortunately freighter bought enough time for pirates to get in effective disrupting range. Cruise engines of our gunship were disrupted and it was destroyed just in the vicinity of planet. Fortunately our external contractor was able to track escape pods of our crew and deliver them to hospital on Planet Curacao. This unfortunate event forces us to cease gunship patrols in the Cortez and Magellan systems as we currently lack resources to replace destroyed equipment. We hope that after payment of all outstanding bounties we will be able to resume our heavy operations there.

This is Enforcer Jack Payton. I believe I have a terrible news for you. Recently I reported that we were forced to cease heavy gunboat patrols in the Cortez and Magellan systems. Two days ago we used two of our light gunships and one bomber to scout these systems. Our battle wing was ambushed by five gunboats supported by two cruisers belonging to Lane Hackers and Liberty Rogues. We've lost one gunship and I barely got out alive. It looks like that conflict in these independent systems is aggravating.



Fortunately Colonial Government payed us all outstanding bounties on Outcasts and we were able to put our fleet back in shape. Yesterday we resumed our normal operations in these systems. In Magellan our forces intercepted two Lane Hacker bombers and one gunship actively pirating a lane to California jumpgate. One gunship and bomber were destroyed.



Later on our patrol was ambushed in Magellan by two Lane Hacker bombers and Outcast gunboat. After we destroyed one bomber rest of pirates decided to run.

After this encounter we moved our operations to Cortez where we intercepted known Liberty Rogue gunboat as well as one Outcast bomber and gunboat.




Also today my partner Walter Sobchak while performing escort mission intercepted and destroyed known pirate bomber awaiting his prey near Leeds jumphole in Magellan.

This is Enforcer Jack Payton. Three days ago Walter Sobchack intercepted Liberty Rogue gunboat and Lane Hacker fighter in Magellan. Pirates refused to hand over our pilots and were foolish enough to attack our gunship. Obviously it did not end very well for them.



We were hunting in Magellan when we encountered Lane Hacker fighter, bomber and gunship with highly hacked transponder. We decided to engage pirates. Coordinated fire from our two fighters resulted in destruction of hostile bomber and with the help of Eva Mendez also of hostile gunship. Unfortunately large contingent of Hellfire Legion forces arrived soon and we had to retreat. We lost one fighter and destroyed two enemy ships while withdrawing. Unfortunately, our guncams were destroyed and we have no proofs of the incident.

Enforcer Jack Payton here. It was bloody Sunday today in Cortez. I received report from a trader passing through Cortez that he was robbed by a gang of Outcast pirates. I proceeded to intercept and found Tridente supported by Falcata and Sabre in the middle of lane to California jumpgate. Pirates were rather under-equipped and definitely under-trained. I engaged them and managed to destroy them all. Although I must say it was rather a close encounter with death. After I destroyed hostile bomber enemy gunboat has already seriously drained my powers. Fortunately for me, pirate was unexperienced enough to let me use advantage of my forward canon. When I finally scrapped his ship destruction of last remaining fighter was just a formality.

After this encounter I moved to Curacao in order to repair my ship just to receive information from a harassed miner about another Liberty Rogue gang pirating lane to Manchester jumpgate. I moved to intercept and encountered two bombers. When I engaged them additional Outcast bomber arrived. All of the bombers were professionally equipped. I thought I am dead meat. In past when I was flying in tandem with Walter Sobchack in our bombers we were able to destroy any gunboat. However, fortunately for me, they turned out to be inept at handling bombers. I used surrounding crystals and rocks as cover and one by one finished them off. Only one SNAC reached my hull.
