Sir, we will need to have the lab swept for listening devices and a new set of codes for the lab issued. It seems that while we were attempting to move some equipment in to LAB #5, second floor dock 1, we found a number of cargo crates already there from a Mr. Cameron James. In inspecting the cargo manifest on these cargo boxes we found this..

And Since he can't access to the sub lab five since it's your's lab. Maybe He just drop is some cargo crates there until he finish to install his own lab.

Good day sir....Would like to arrange to have our rental agreement extended another six months. While we are satisfied with the arrangement, there are some security concerns to discuss.

Mainly having to share drinks at the bar with the same people who try and hijack my transports. Maybe you can put in a good word for me with these "Friends" of yours. If it takes some "Grease" to keep my ships safe in Kepler and Colorado, it can be arranged, just let me know the amount.

Please pass the proper account code to me and the amount needed to extend our contract another 6 months.

Concerning the bar, Ames have two bar. One public and one restricted to our scientist and those who rent.
So If you go the Lounge Rouge, you will never meet them. If you want to discuss about it, meet me there.

And now the contract.

So the last time it was 51.720.000Sc for 6 month. But since you renew it it will be 45.000.000 Sc to Ames.Research.Station .
