I have an Ati 5770 (I'd have better but I spent all my money where it counts, on RAM [12GB] and my 3.33 GHz Processor)

It works well for my needs... Namely, playing Freelancer, Superpower 2, GTA IV, and the AVP game (2011) on DX11.

No graphics lag or anything and Its one of the best graphics ive seen.

Its a good card but I plan on upgrading.

Thanks for all the answers.
My CPU is an AMD Athlon 64 x2 4000+ and I got 3 GB of RAM memory. What do you think? Should I save more or I shouldn't bother?

you can go with sommething better like the 5770, but that's not a monster either.

Whoever said that the 440 cant play those games on high, your wrong. 440 GT plays BC2 perfectly fine at 16xx*xxxx reso with high settings. you just have to know how to tweak the settings.

Yeah, the GS will do fine. I wouldn't bother wasting a billion for a top-GPU in combination with this CPU. It isn't worth it.

I found this: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/product-gef...gts-450-uk.html at a good price.
I will have to wait 2 more weeks to get it but I think it's worth it, no?

Well, the 450 GTS is nice for its price, but see, if You find the right online-shop, I'm sure you can get a 460GTX for a similar price. Last GTS I've seen was around 105 Euros, cheapest 460GTX I've seen was around 120 Euros.

Edit:

Cam, why in gods name would You need 12 GB's or freaking RAM ?

He's correct !
GTS 450 Is a good Video card but with very similar Price of the GTX 460 .
I would go for the GTX 460 ( wich is the one i'am using right now ) You will be able to play any of those upcoming games.

Quote:Yeaaaa thats crazy and expensive

Pretty much both adjectives in that sentence accurately describe me.

Anyways, I hope to get a new graphics card soon, I just hope my case will fit it Q_Q

Ati is Okay, but I always loved NVidia more.
