i give them just enough to buy a decent fighter, and help them out to find the safest way of making alot of cash on their own.

Now I've got plenty of money and I can help others.  I am curious though...if a faction member loans you money....well let's just say that even though i've repaid the "loan", I may not have repaid my "debt".  Still unclear about all the faction stuff.  :wacko:

Romer, Not a problem. My only suggestion was if you wish to enter the roleplay
factions you would consider talking to me first. No dept to repay, loan was a
starter for you because you were making a really fine effort.

Giving advice is sometimes better than giving people money.

I gave this n00b 10mill to get started... but then i remembered i was saving for a BS so i stoped giving money to people. i wish i could just say "NO!" for once ;) .

I tend to give n00bs 500k-2mil to get them going. Remeber guys, its 6mil to get a transport...

My little input would be;

I'm glad I declined all offers of money... thanks for the offers guys.. I did like the thought.. but then I would have missed an important part of the game play... "building up"

It felt good to make my first 6 mil on my own (for the most part).. buying that transport made me feel good, I achived a goal. Now sure it's not THAT great a goal.. but hey.. to me it's Content. You see I HAD to use the lower ships.. I HAD to play the role of the poor up start freelancer... who slowly makes enough money to just upgrade his ship and still send enough back to Leeds and the his family.

Buy not jumping into a class 10 ship right away, I got more out of this mod/game than i would have if I had just taken the money.

Hope that's clear :)

Ohh btw that is not to say you shouldn't give stuff to poeple if you feel like it.. I just wanted to point out I personally feel much better not taking the money :D

It's much better when you work for all of your money rather than getting in all easy stright away.

Lancer is right if you are NOT a newb. Still he may be right ecen if you aren't. A newb should play the storyline first...... :rolleyes:
