creating GMG faction - Clayph - 03-29-2008 Grrr that was truly a GMG tactic, when you fled in the gas clouds. But anyway really good fight. You are handling your destroyer exceptionaly. EDIT: I just saw your post.. Nevermind creating GMG faction - SimonBlack - 03-29-2008 He did say in roleplay. did he not? Whats with this massiv-ism? Bigger ship does not give you bigger d**k creating GMG faction - SimonBlack - 03-29-2008 Well I do hope this wont turn into cap spam the pirate faction. creating GMG faction - Rashnok - 03-29-2008 Really is annoying chasing a capital vessel into a gas field. That was actually my most expensive battle. I've never had all my guns and other attachments stripped before. No matter how much I may hate it, you made good use of the terrain. creating GMG faction - Exile - 03-29-2008 Just like you said in your first post, Traders, Miners, Figthers. Maybe a gunboat. But i dont picture those miners flying anything bigger. creating GMG faction - Clayph - 03-29-2008 I think there could be an exception for Kusari Destroyer. It's pretty agile and small for its class an fits the 'hit & run' strategy of GMG. creating GMG faction - chopper - 03-29-2008 Quote:And i do not agree with going oorp just to obtain a particular ship. Taiidan bomber was sold on Yaren base (Corsairs) in the last version. That didn't stop GMG RP-ers from using it. Quote:I have very experience with battles in gasclouds. Right... creating GMG faction - Guyton - 03-29-2008 ' Wrote:Just like you said in your first post, Traders, Miners, Figthers. Maybe a gunboat. But i dont picture those miners flying anything bigger. The Gas Miners Guild stretch out deeper and deeper into neighboring systems would require atleast soms sort of protection. Now lets review the Eight Years War. Why would a faction not learn from its losses to purchase or build heavier protection against its foes? A improvement if you will of its militia to protect its profits from larger fleets. Taiidens- A good reason they are on Rheinland battleships would be the GMG sold them to Rheinland officials before the war. Another reason would be the guild gave them during the signing treaty which brought the end of the war as a sign of good faith. This is why we use Vipers. The vipers are indeed built by the GMG and Zoners. We are using what is going along with roleplay. Why wouldn't GMG use ships they build? Kusari Destroyer This is a Kusari Naval Forces warship. It is meant to be used by Kusari officers not a independent faction such as the Gas Miners Guild. The Talacra Cruiser is completely nuetral and built by a private ship building cooperations. Not to mention it is sold at the Aomori Station which is a GMG strict territorial station. Roleplay states miners were turning to Honshu. I believe word of the Talacra Cruiser would reach the ears of the guild. creating GMG faction - SimonBlack - 03-29-2008 It is rumored that Gas Miners Guild is no longer that strong as it was during the 80 years war though. Nowadays its hard for it to cope with Outcasts and Corsairs. Source: Bonn station, IC employee. Why dont you want Taiidan line though? They are better ships than Vipers. creating GMG faction - Guyton - 03-29-2008 For the fact they are primarly Rheinland ships now. I'm in it for roleplaying not which fighter class is more powerful. Maybe the bomber would be useful, but for now I've decided the Viper and civilian class ships for fighters. ' Wrote:For the fact they are primarly Rheinland ships now.
